From not knowing CEX to becoming a customer
As a foreigner I didn’t know about the store, I searched online and was very secure in buying through the website while in Dublin. Although I had to cancel my purchase because delivery would take a long time, I had the support I needed from Rahul from customer’s assistance who was very cordial and patient with me. His service was fast and diligent. I also went to the store near temple bar to get my purchase and I was very well treated. The guys are friendly, assertive and also very diligent. I liked the store so much I wanted one in Brasil. I wish I could import from you guys. If I had more time I would have become a frequent customer.

Online orders always quick
I've been buying online from CEX for a few years and have always received my item within a few days to a week at most. There have been a few orders which couldn't be located and I was quickly refunded. Very happy to be a repeat customer :)

However, we request that customers allow up to 14 working days, as this enables us to effectively track and address any potential issues with delayed or lost orders, ensuring a smooth and seamless delivery experience.
Upon reviewing our records, the order was delivered within 3 days of dispatch and within the delivery timeframe.
Depending on the manufacturer and the model purchased, a charging plug may not be included and only a charging cable is essential with it.
