Mi sono sempre trovato bene ad acquistare da ICON. Solitamente compro pantaloni di diversi modelli e colori e solo una volta una maglia a manica lunga. Consigliatissimo, 5 stelle.

Sinceramente pessima esperienza
Sinceramente pessima esperienza. Ho fatto un ordine, mi hanno contattato per avvisami che quanto ordinato non era più disponibile (nonostante continuasse a risultare disponibile sul sito) e che mi avrebbero cancellato l'ordine (senza nemmeno chiedermi se per me fosse ok).
Chiedono se preferisco ordinare altro o ricevere un voucher senza nemmeno contemplare l'opzione del rimborso sul metodo di pagamento originale.
Faccio presente che non voglio voucher o altro e che vorrei un rimborso e spariscono nel nulla.
Ho ricevuto riscontro in merito al mio rimborso di + 100 € (quindi non briciole) solo dopo più di una settimana e dopo aver mandato almeno 5 mail di sollecito.
Mi spiace, non è un sito truffa, ma sicuramente hanno un pessimo customer service.
In ogni modo, il mio ordine è stato cancellato in data 13 Dicembre e al 20 Dicembre ancora non ho ricevuto nessun rimborso.
Sinceramente vi consiglio di non ordinare, l'assistenza clienti non sanno cosa sia ed è praticamente inesistente.

Tutto bene, ma leggi la recensione
Il mio ordine è arrivato in un tempo relativamente breve, molto contento per questo. In merito al prodotto comprato, due pantaloni in offerta, devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto ma solo perché ho pagato i pantaloni 19.90€, se li avessi presi a prezzo pieno senza sconto a 69,90€ sicuramente sarei rimasto insoddisfatto. Il prodotto non vale assolutamente 69.90€. Se comprerò ancora? Sicuramente quando i prodotti saranno in offerta.
