Trattasi di attività di drop-shipping.
Partiamo dalla cosa fondamentale: l'azienda esiste veramente e non si tratta di truffa (quindi i capi di abbigliamento arrivano, non preoccupatevi).
Detto questo, l'aspetto positivo che rimane è che i vestiti seguono le ultime tendenze e i pantaloni che ho comprato (4 paia) rispettano ciò che mi aspettavo a livello di disegno. La qualità dei pantaloni che ho ordinato però (e penso che si possa estendere la considerazione a tutti gli altri vestiti presenti sul sito) è piuttosto scadente: materiali poveri, rifiniture pessime, cuciture deboli e imprecise, presenti numerosi fili di cucitura esposti. Il livello di qualità è quello di capi d'abbigliamento fast-fashion made in china, che se piacciono possono essere trovati comodamente a prezzi inferiori su Temu. Nota particolarmente negativa per gli "Amari Trousers 2.0": non comprateli nemmeno sotto tortura, a meno che non siate indecisi nel voler comprare una calzamaglia o un brutto pantalone che cerca di essere elegante, e alla fine prendete questi che riescono incredibilmente ad essere entrambe le cose contemporaneamente. I "Tech Trousers", invece, non mi sono dispiaciuti per andare a lavoro.
Esperienza servizio clienti: ho cambiato tutti i pantaloni ordinati perché ho sbagliato taglia e i pantaloni mi sono stati gentilmente cambiati e spediti nuovamente (1 mese dopo). Il tutto però seguendo scrupolosamente le indicazioni sul sito, e cioè spedire entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del pacco ad un indirizzo belga e a proprie spese (io ho pagato 36 euro, ad esempio). Se non si eseguono queste indicazioni si perdono totalmente i soldi spesi, e in ogni caso non vi è possibilità di ottenere un riaccredito sul conto: solo cambio o buono spendibile sul sito, quindi leggete bene.
Inoltre, ho fatto richiesta di cambiare gli Amari Trousers sopra citati con un altro paio di pantaloni e, vuoi per il costo differente o vuoi perché non erano disponibili, mi sono stati semplicemente cambiati con un altro paio di "fantastici" Amari Trousers ma di taglia differente, senza nessuna comunicazione tramite mail che la mia richiesta non potesse essere soddisfatta. Come parrebbe chiaro a chiunque non ho intrapreso la via di un altro reso (sarebbero stati altri 36 euro).

Buon prodotto, uno un pò meno..dopo averlo reso ho acquistato un altro prodotto, aggiornerò la recensione.
aggiornamento: i pantaloni stranamente sono sempre diversi nonostante io acquisti sempre lo stesso modello sul sito..non si capisce il motivo, se vi interessano li trovate su vinted anche nuovi con cartellino.

Ho acquistato alla fine di novembre 2024 n°6 articoli tramite l'ordine 540699.
Pur avendo pagato l'assicurazione ho ricevuto solo 3 articoli.
Ho più volte sollecitato il mancato arrivo della merce tramite email e più volte mi hanno risposto che avrebbero risolto in tempi brevi il problema.
Fortunatanente e solo parzialmente(Febbraio 2025) mi hanno inviato dei nuovi articoli da me scelti per risolvere il problema..manca ancora un articolo
