Esperienza pessima. Ho effettuato un ordine 11 giorni fa e non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Nessuna comunicazione da parte dell’azienda riguardo al ritardo e nessun aggiornamento sullo stato della spedizione. Trovo inaccettabile aspettare così tanto senza spiegazioni. Un servizio del genere è decisamente poco affidabile. Non consiglio assolutamente questo negozio e sicuramente non acquisterò di nuovo da loro.
Terrible experience. I placed an order 11 days ago, and I still haven’t received anything. No communication from the company regarding the delay and no updates on the shipping status. It’s unacceptable to wait this long without any explanation. Such service is highly unreliable. I absolutely do not recommend this store, and I will definitely not purchase from them again.

Ho acquistato 2 pantaloni ma uno non va bene di taglia mi hanno proposto un cambio taglia ma ho preferito il rimborso. Non riesco ad accedere al mio account e non mi rispondo alle mail, il loro tempo limite è di 14 giorni per il reso...... attendo risposte.

Articolo non conforme alle specifiche indicate. Prodotto di qualità scadente, made in China, spacciato per prodotto italiano. Ho cercato di fare il reso ma solo al momento mi sono reso conto che non era possibile avere i soldi spesi indietro se non solo come credito da spendere sempre sul loro sito. Altra fregatura è che la restituzione della merce è a carico dell'acquirente. Ho avuto i primi dubbi sin da quando passata una settimana la merce non arrivava ancora...evidentemente non arrivava da Milano ma dalla Cina....brutta esperianza
