Pessima esperienza
Dopo aver pagato 11 euro per un reso, tramite GLS, mi ha generato un etichetta che non viene accettata da GLS. Così oltre a non poter effettuare il reso mi trovo ad aver speso 11 euro di corriere inutilmente.

Taglia sbagliata senza possibilita di reso
L'arrivo è stato veloce però avevo ordinato una taglia S e mi è arrivata una XS , ho provato a fare il reso senza ricevere nessuna risposta nonostante non fosse un sbaglio da parte mia

Una vera delusione
Una vera delusione, ho ordinato e pagato un giubbotto e un maglione, ma è arrivato soltanto il giubbotto.
Contatto l’assistenza e rispondono mandando e-mail scusandosi e dicendo che avrebbero inoltrato il caso ad un team loro più esperto e che mi avrebbero fatto sapere.
A distanza di 1 settimana non si è ancora fatto sentire nessuno, nonostante ho sollecitato chiedendo risposte e notizie, ma mai ricevuto una risposta.
Per principio, non comprerò mai più nulla su Icon Amsterdam

Pessima esperienza....ordino un paio di…
Pessima esperienza....ordino un paio di pantaloni taglia 28...dopo un mese arrivano e mi accorgo che la taglia è errata.... chiedo il cambio rispedendo a spese mie il capo.... inizialmente cambio accordato ma la spedizione una volta in Olanda è stata rifiutata....allora mi viene proposto il rimborso...io accetto.... È PASSATO UN MESE....IL RIMBORSO????

Ho avuto la mia prima esperienza con Icon in occasione black friday ho acquistato 2 pantaloni di cui uno per motivo di taglia errata ho dovuto fare il reso.
L'esperienza col sevizio clienti è stata molto positiva i ragazzi sono cordiali e alla mia richiesta di risolvere il reso con la possibilità di ottenere codice sconto mi hanno pienamente soddisfatto
I tempi sono solo un po più lunghi del solito ma si sono messi a disposizione per risolvere il reso senza alcun problema. Consiglio vivamente di provare
