Ho ricevuto un paio di pantaloni che, a causa di un difetto di fabbrica, si sono scuciti al cavallo dopo poco più di un mese, ho contattato il servizio clienti che sono stati super gentili e disponibili, dopo aver mostrato il difetto, si sono scusati e tempestivamente mi hanno spedito un altro paio di pantaloni, super gentili e disponibili

Pessimo sito , un’eternità per spedire l articolo e trovano scuse sull’ indirizzo di spedizione …… ma secondo voi non conosciamo il nostro domicilio !!!! Camicia fallata
La camicia è super bella elastica ma mi è arrivata con un buco di cucitura sul bordo dove ci sono i bottoni. Però ci può stare ma arrivando dalla Cina può succedere ma non per questo è un prodotto scadente anzi .

TI FANNO PAGARE 3 EURO IN PIU PER 14 GIORNI DI RESO FACILE POI NON ACCETTANO IL RESO
4 pantaloni acquistati in saldo, ordini n° 627579 e 630096. mi accorgo che per 3 di questi la taglia non è esatta. Chiedo il cambio taglia. Non fanno fare il reso sulla merce in saldo, nè da sito, nè da assistenza via mail... Tra l'altro sull'ordine mi è stato inserito (senza che io lo abbia selezionato) un addebito di 2,95 € per 14 GIORNI DI RESO FACILE. Ma è una presa in giro o cosa? Il diritto di recesso sugli acquisti online che fine ha fatto?
AGGIORNAMENTO:
Dopo la risposta che leggete sotto in cui mi si dice in inglese che qualcuno mi contatterà per risolvere il problema secondo voi l'hanno fatto? Ovviamente nulla, solo parole di circostanza
