I recently leased a car from icarlease and would highly recommend. After receiving really poor service from another supplier I began talks with Rebecca Phoenix in the sales department who excels in customer service. I ended up cancelling my order with the other supplier and went through icarlease because the service was that good. I was kept up to date all the way along and Rebecca even checked in after delivery to ensure everything was ok.

Unfortunately, I've had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a BMW M-sport 4 series back in October last year and I am still waiting for the car 8 months on with no indication of when the car will be delivered to me. I was initially told the car would be a c. 3 month wait and be delivered around March time, but no sign of it yet. All I keep being told by the company is that it is a factory order and they are waiting for BMW to allocate a build slot, so the car is not even in production at the moment. This is the message I have had for the last 3 months and it is really frustrating.

I have no car to use at the moment as I was expecting this one to be delivered by March or April at the latest, which has impacted my day to day life. I appreciate there is a parts shortage, etc. worldwide but this is really unacceptable now.

The customer service has been lacking and poor. I was initially dealing with a representative called Ryan, who then changed roles, but I was not told of this until I rang up several times to get an update. It was only then my file got transferred and an update provided; had I not followed this up, I have no idea what position I would be in.

Furthermore, icarlease never contact me to provide an update, it is always me having to chase them up. The customer service is poor in my opinion.

I had really high expectations of the company based on the reviews here and early conversations I had with people from the company, but unfortunately it has been very disappointing. I felt I had no other choice but to voice my concerns and disappointment on here to ensure full transparency and awareness for other potential customers.

Had a great experience with iCarlease. Vik was incredibly helpful and patient with my many questions. Process was smooth and they had the best price for the car model and spec I wanted. The car took about 5 months to come and Vik was always on hand to provide updates during that time. Very happy with the service overall and with the car obviously.

A very friendly, courteous and professional service. Especially Rebecca, front end. I even recieved an after care call from her recently. Great Job

Everything was smooth, Bex sorted everything out quickly and had my new car quicker than expected. Highly recommend other to use this company

Love the car got it quick but was sometimes hard to get through to them

4 star as car came later than expected as it got delayed but they couldn’t do anything about that. Still happy with the car would recommend them to a friend thank you to Katie for getting everything sorted and answering all my questions

Was kept updated weekly and even when it got pushed back and I asked why I got an explanation. Got the car delivered within the time I was told. Great service

Terrible customer service. No communication. I did not hear from anyone for 8 months and only when I complained they decided to respond.

Craig was an absolute gem to work with, i initially was searching the internet for a Cupra Formentor, i came across icarlease and sent an enquiry...from the enquiry date to delivery it probably took no longer than 3 months if that! even when i was told it would take approx 5-6!!

He was very attentive and responsive to all queries, he would always make sure the client was happy with everything, i am thrilled with my new car and have already recommended family to deal with craig who are looking into a new car at the moment too!

Thanks a lot for everything Craig and i am sure we will be working in the future again together!

Although it was a long process as the car seemed to have taken 8 months, the communication I had from Katie Bantock was excellent, I had a weekly update although sometimes their was nothing to say, the phone call still came to keep me in the loop. Katie was very professional and also took time to understand my situation and help where she could. A pleasure to have done business with and also have had contact since to see if all was ok with my new vehicle

The service I received from TCH Leasing was excellent.
Although delivery of my car was delayed due to shortages of parts I was kept informed weekly.
The team were always available if I had any questions.
My new car was delivered to my address at the time agreed.
I would certainly lease a car from them in the future.

I made initial enquiries in regards to a potential vehicle and initially spoke to Matt to which we had a good chat and he provided all the relevant information required. From that point the communication from placing the order to the vehicle been delivered were very good. Following Initial chats with mate, I Predominately communicated with Gareth who was always quick to respond and answered any queries I had. The biggest thing for me was at no point did it feel like I was dealing with pushy salesman trying to get money out you and close the deal. Everyone was very relaxed and allowed you the time to make decisions. The whole process was a very relaxed feel I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
