We are an award-winning importer of authentic and traditional Spanish products, our main aim is offering a unique range of products, carefully selected in person. Our portfolio includes more than 300 products, from 50 different suppliers, many of whom are dedicated family businesses that have farmed for generations. We are based in Henfield, where we have cold rooms for refrigerated products and we hold a 5 star hygiene rating, our premises being approved for food preparation by the local authority. We work with many of the best food establishments in Sussex and London, which seek to provide authentic Spanish flavors to their customers. We use overnight courier for nation wide deliveries!

Great food, but...
Great food, frustrating that some items are always out of stock ( over 2 years looking ) However their delivery is poor, I have three times asked for certain delivery dates, twice it was sent out early -at least a week early & now this time, sent out late ( only a day ) ie dispatched on the day I wanted it delivered.

Some of our specialist items come from small regional producers in Spain, and availability can be limited at certain times of the year, but we understand how disappointing it is when a product you enjoy isn’t consistently in stock. We're actively working with our suppliers to improve this.
Regarding delivery dates, we sincerely apologise for the occasions where your order was dispatched earlier or later than requested. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Your comments have been passed to our operations team so we can ensure delivery-date notes are handled more accurately going forward.

Great quality and price.
Ordered a shoulder of ibérico ham. It arrived within two days and once opened, I can tell it tastes amazing, like the ones I use to have back at home. Very recommendable! Good quality and price.

Excellent charcoal
I've been meaning to leave this review for ages, hence it may seem a little unseasonal now! Back in the summer, we bought a bag of the Quebracho hardwood charcoal from Iberica Food. We had intended to use it at home, however, our son invited us to a gathering (and an important one, too - we were meeting his girlfriend's family for the first time!) at which there would be a BBQ, so we said we'd supply the charcoal, as well as a few other bits.
As there were going to be so many people there, and we'd be cooking for ages, we had wondered whether one bag would be enough. We needn't have worried - the charcoal burned for ages, gave off loads of heat and very little smoke, and, by the time everyone had been very well fed indeed, there was still over half a bag left, which our son somehow persuaded us to leave behind!
We'll definitely be buying more when the weather warms up again.

I just wanted to thanks the company again for their amazing treatment to their customers. I had some problems with the delivery company and from the minute that I have contacted their customer services they were so competent and kind to me. Immediately, they send me a replacement for the box that I never got in the first place and informed me with every move that they were taking into account . Food came in perfect condition and I would highly recommend to anybody to buy their Spanish products from them.

I recently purchased four boxes of…
I recently purchased four boxes of Turron…I like to have them in to give to Spanish friends…unfortunately the four boxes were damaged on all corners and the top…I sent photos to your customer service and they said that the boxes must have been damaged in transit! Croquettas somewhat disappointing.
Order/Delivery system good but my delivery was literally just within “am - before noon” timeframe and some of the croquettas felt soft (starting to defrost)and had clumped together. I placed in freezer immediately. I didn’t want to try to separate them for fear of splitting.
I followed cooking instructions to the letter but was disappointed that most of the batch did split. I tried an alternative method as a trial of oven baking but these also split.
I do normally make these myself and appreciate the delicate nature of croquettas specifically when cooking but due to time constraints I ordered frozen.
Overall I would comment the filling was much “looser” than what I make and to be honest there was not a significant taste/flavour difference between the cod and ham, somewhat disappointing.
The Manzanilla Jalapeño olives were exceptional - best I’ve ever had !
