What ever you do avoid this Company all together! I ordered a phone case and 2 screen protectors for $80 they advertised the wrong model and 20 msgs later told me they dont have stock for that model requested a refund and they are still ignoring me withholding my money for a day now with no communication whatsoever absolutely disgusting service im going to have to report this as a scam!!!!
Ok, I ordered two of the below, I have to say NOT one bit a fan, they are nowhere near as strong as the brand I have bought elsewhere before, and they do not have a screen protector like it looks like in photo, they are flimsy not solid/strong, YET, I love the company, these guys did the right thing as soon as I said I was not happy and they tried to rectify. I will be buying my other brand "Griffin Survivor All Terrain " elsewhere as they are far better than these, YET, I love this company for trying to make all customers happy. PS: they have a Australian address yet that is only for service not products, they come from OS the team member told me.
Very poor experience overall.
I order an iPad keyboard case with RGB backlight colors.
The product I received did not match the listing images. The keyboard was smaller than the case, didn’t sit properly in place, and shifted during use, making it unstable and unpleasant to use. The exposed metal base and visible screws were also not clearly shown in the product images.
When I raised the issue, support initially suggested a “better” updated version with improved alignment and magnetic stability (they acknowledged the fault). After I returned the item with a promise to refund the amount, their position changed and they claimed this was simply “normal design” and "intended functionality" rather than a fault. Refund was only for the item, and return shipping was refused.
After multiple emails, changing their position every time, they eventually stopped responding altogether.
What should have been a simple return turned into a frustrating and costly process. I ended up paying around $30 in return including shipping for a low-cost item (that I don't even have with me now), that clearly did not match what was shown online.
Feels like the kind of business model where returns are made difficult enough that customers just give up rather than pursue it further. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and not to order from them. There are plenty of other options online.
