Ordered a battery for my phone. Waited two weeks to see any info about tracking number, but no updates. I contacted them to ask about my item AND.......they asked me to pay more money. In the end they just canceled my order and robbed me. No refund was issued. STAY AWAY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Also they sell FAKE items from China but advertise them as OEM original - THIS IS FAKE and they will steal your money!!!
I purchased a battery case for iphone 12. After 6 months item got faulty and the company provided me with a replacement and advising new part has 1 warranty. After 6 months same battery case got faulty again. this time Polartech was making excuses and arguing it was my fault by overcharging my phone overnight. As electronic technician I can safely say that this is completely no sense. I have chase this up, however the company decided to completely ignore me. What can I say? I experienced poor-quality product and poor customer service. I strongly discourage to purchase from this supplier

I just bought a replacement replacement battery for my HP laptop and when it arrived it did not have the HP logo, and all of the writing is in different places. Tried to call them, just rang out and then it said the voice mail box is full. messaged them online 11 days ago, still not seen.
I then looked them up on Reddit and Google reviews and it's clear that they've been doing this for a long time
