Awesome communication and support

Breanna and Hyperice are amazing

Breanna and Hyperice are amazing. I had an issue with a power plug so I reached out and with in 6 days had a new plug and was able to charge my device. This is the second time I’ve had to reach out to support for different matters. Both times I have had exceptional customer service and support. I truely appreciate all the hard work Hyperice does to keep their customers ready to perform at the highest levels! Thank you!!!

Absolute best customer service

Absolute best customer service. I bought a Hyperice device because my Theragun broke after minimal use and they wouldn’t do a replacement. My other Theragun runs for 10 minutes tops. Not to make this all about Theragun sucks, because very impressed with Hyperice who went above and beyond expectations. They surely won me over with products and support.

I ended up with a faulty device

I ended up with a faulty device. It took a few emails back and forth but they took care of it and are sending a new one. Maybe a tip for others, save the original box so you have the serial number ect. They were super quick to get back to me. 10/10 would recommend.

Alex at Hyperice was so helpful when I started to get an error on my machine. New parts were sent and the problem was fixed. Fantastic customer service. I would recommend not only their products but the customer service.

World class products and customer service

I have been a long time user of this brand. For the first time in years I recently had an issue with one of my products so had to contact the customer support department. Like their products the customer support team were world class. Resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and everything is as it was!!! Highly recommend this company and its products.

I noticed the head coming out of the body of my Hypervolt Go 2 and reached out about the problem. Customer service confirmed my information and sent me a new one. That's it. Problem emerged, problem solved.

Amazing!

I first saw this worn on the sideline of an NBA game, and thought it must be good. It's a game changer for a middle-aged weekend warrior. I wear it in the mornings before my workouts and it really helps.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Yoshua was so quick to respond and extremely helpful. My outdated hypervolt was no longer charging properly and he provided me with easy steps to get an upgraded model at a very nice price as a loyal customer. I could not be more pleased. I love my hypervolt and appreciate good, kind and personable customer service representatives.

Hyperice Support to the rescue!

I'm a HUGE fan of Hyperice, owning my own pair and then purchased a set for my parents. Sadly, due to a moving related incident, the pair of legs were accidentally thrown out. To my and my parents delight, the Hyperice team very generously provided a courtesy pair of leg equipment! What phenomenal service. Thank you team Hyperice!!

Great products and great customer service!

I enjoyed my HyperSphere briefly and then I lost the charging cord! It took me a very long time to follow through and when I emailed customer service, asking how I replace it. I was shocked to receive a response almost immediately! Breanna gave me the link to the resource I needed to find and order my replacement cord. And they didn't charge shipping! I'm so pleased with my HyperSphere, the good customer service and the ease in which I was able to replace my cord. I can't believe I waited so long to tend to this!

encountered a problem with my equipment and the peeps at hyperice were so pleasant and accommodating to help resolve the issue. my machine was 3 years old and they took care of me, solved the problem and replaced what was needed for a very very reasonable cost. it was a a very pleasant customer experience

Great warranty service

With less than a month left on my warranty, my venom 2 stopped charging. I use it all the time, and was concerned about how Hyperice would be about honoring their warranty. What a pleasant surprise: Breanna the service representative troubleshot the problem and has my device working again. No hassles, very professional, courteous and effective service.

I bought a Hypervolt Pro 2 in 2022. I love this product and use it every day. I contacted customer service at Hyperice when I noticed the round head attachment was peeling. I called to inquire about the possibility of a replacement attachment. I emailed my request for consideration to Hyperice. Yoshua, the Hyperice, Inc. specialist contacted me that same day! I was completely shocked at hearing back so soon! Yoshua could not have been more helpful, responsive, professional and courteous. You have a very happy customer! Thank you!

Valerie was very helpful assisting me with the issue I had with my sleeve. It took some time to get it resolved but she stayed on top of the claim and was able to replace the items. I was very pleased with the outcome and happy that she was able to help me with my claim
