I had a battery that wouldn't hold a…

I had a battery that wouldn't hold a charge and they were quick to replace it with a new one. I had intentions of paying for the replacement, but without hesitation they offered one free of charge. The support agent who helped me, Jasmin, was great. Very prompt and efficient.

Customer support is unprofessional

Customer support is unprofessional and gives you the runaround. Received my order and had an issue with a defective part, support said it could have been from delivery. Box was not damaged and it was evident that the attachment had been messed up in the manufacturing process. Returned for refund. I'll go with another company.

Hyperice helps out Veterans

Chris in customer support was awesome. He explained all the units I was interested in. Which made my decision easy. Just bought the Hypervolt Plus! He also told me about the Hyperice Veterans Discount and how to apply it. Thank you to Hyperice and Chris for your support of Veterans.

Haven't received my shipment
With highly priced massage gun they should have chosen a professional and reputable courier company but they chose cheap courier company which don't value the time and commitment
Hyperice should know that most of their buyers are either athletes or massage therapist and they need their product asap to recover or protect themselves from injury
On the other hand the customer chat reply is very very slow on hyperice website

P.S this review is not about the product but about the service I received
After buying an expensive and reputable massage gun I was expecting a quality service

What a Great Product

What a Great Product
After I was able to actually use the Hyperice at the Road Runner Store in Cherry Hill, NJ I found it to be quiet and in a very short time relieved pain in my shoulder to a substantial degree. Hopefully the great experience will continue when my hyperice plus arrives.

Hypervolt plus

Hypervolt plus has been a great addition to my workouts. Customer service team is very responsive and knowledgeable. The original one I bought did come with a manufacturer defect, but hyperice was quick to send me a new one.

I had a broken motor mount

I had a broken motor mount. Had it shipped in on Wednesday and it was on my door step on Saturday. Great customer service and a quick turnaround on the repair! Love my HyperVolt
