Brilliant service, couldn’t fault them.

The two gentlemen who delivered my mobility scooter were helpful and friendly. Chris and Conor gave great service.

I was very impressed when the scooter was demonstrated to me at home on Monday. After paying, it was delivered Thursday morning.
Bob and Kevin were very pleasant and removed the packing ready to ride. Unfortunately they had never seen this model before and did not know how to input a pin number of my choice so that had to wait.
After they had left with the box and packing, I realised that the arms for the seat were missing and presumably still in the box.
Someone will be coming back next week to return them to me.

Sales person Ricardo spent a good couple of hours with us to ensure that my husband had exactly the right mobility scooter. No rushed sales pitch and listened to his needs and any concerns. The delivery service was excellent too. Phil took his time to explain everything we needed to know. He was very friendly and helped answer a few questions regarding the use of the scooter. Very satisfactory service.

Contacted Humfree about a scooter for my mother and was met with a rude person on the end of the line. Clearly had a bad day! Will take my business elsewhere.

My mum recently purchased a Humfree Carbon, and I can honestly say it’s made a wonderful difference to her life. At 84, having something that boosts her confidence and independence means everything. She feels more secure and capable, which has been so reassuring for both of us.

As her son, seeing her happier and more self-assured is priceless. The Humfree Carbon has given her a renewed sense of freedom, and that peace of mind is something you simply can’t put a value on.

The phone number displayed on their TV ads comes back to the address of a business centre in London, one occupant of which is a loan company dealing in logbook loans. None of that fits with a company supposed selling mobility scooters.
The company clearly don't like it, but this is fact which anyone calling the number can verify. Despite the company reply, 0800 999 5555 is still on their TV ads. Dial it... It's V5 loans"!!!

My overall experience of Humfree is very positive. From the no rush sales visit, to the delivery and unpacking, everything was smooth and stress free. The mobility scooter we have chosen (carbon light) is brilliant light and easy to fold and unfold.

This new scooter co. Has newly launched. I initially asked for a brochure, I received a phone call and an invitation to have a no obligation trial of models I was interested in. I accepted and the local sales advisor Lorna at the mutually agreed time.She was extremely helpful and supportive of my wife who requires same.
She patiently explained everything to her at length.
We have purchased a scooter should open new horizons.

I can honestly say that out of all the mobility scooters I have tried, Humfree lightweight scooters are absolutely amazing!
They are lightweight and extremely easy to lift into a vehicle with no bulky or heavy components.
The quality and ease of use makes Humfree a real winner by a mile in my opinion.
