Do not give this company your email address. I am receiving emails on a daily basis since doing so. This is tantamount to harassment. I will never purchase from a firm who uses aggressive marketing tactics.

I purchased a Humfree scooter last Saturday and was told delivery would be within five working days. I received a call on Tuesday morning and was advised they would deliver on Wednesday morning and the delivery driver would call about fifteen minutes before hand. The driver arrived within five minutes of his estimated time and assembled the scooter and demonstrated it was working correctly. This is a new company but part of a larger concern but they seem to really want to be interested in their customers. I am really impressed with their product and services and I am more than pleased to recommend them to others interested in their scooters. At last a company that keeps it word and gives good old fashioned service.

1st class service from house call and trial to purchase.
Then delivery was as advised and was delivered by a very friendly and helpful gentleman.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you wish to purchase a folding mobility scooter.

Catherine demonstrated the Glide Power Chair very well. After her demonstration and my trial, I had no hesitation in ordering one for delivery within about 1 week. Apart from it performing very well, it was light enough for me to lift it in and out of my boot easily (11kg excl. battery). Being 80yrs old, I am limited in what I can lift but I could lift this easily even with the battery.

Ricardo/Ric was very personable, professional and certainly knew the product he was showing my friend.
The presale and post sale communication was warm and genuine.
My friend is over the moon with his purchase and is looking forward to having the machine delivered.

Not a hard sell the salesman Kaine turned up with several scooters and we narrowed it down to one.My balance is very poor but between us managed to come up with a way to get the scooter into the boot quite easily which I couldn't do myself with previous scooter I owned.

Kevin and Dan were extremely professional, helpful and kind.

Alan was great, test drive went well, remote control wheelchair great idea.

Lorna our consultant/adviser was really helpful and knowledgeable of the product. We had chosen which scooter we liked and were able to ride on, take apart and reassemble.

Not a great start, only ordered the brochure yesterday, today, bank holiday Monday they were ringing me and woke me up, unfortunately both my phone number and email address were required fields so they have now sent me an email offering a home demo. Sounds like an old double glazing company, not impressed.

First class service from start to finish. Enough time allowed for a good trial run with chosen scooter. The scooter has made a world of difference to my husband getting out and about.

A team member named Lorna visited us at home who was very friendly, understanding and patient. Discussed what we were looking for and what would support our lifestyle. She was very professional showing detailed photos of the most appropriate choices of mobility scooters; going through all the pros and cons of each mobilty scooter. When we had got down to two choices, she then went into her van and allowed us to drive both around a little to get a feel of what was right and even helped folding each product down and checking sizing in the family car boot.

The financial aspect of the meeting was very cost effective and simple.

The overall appointment was excellent. Lorna is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional person.
