Bad quality ball not fit for purchase, and from China . I wouldn’t have brought from you .

Really well made & durable collars. Bought two, one for each of my dogs - look fantastic.

Dog collar: not fit for purpose
Looked great when the collar arrived. Unfortunately, the clip is so loose that it opens with the slightest movement of our dog’s lead. Luckily it failed before we left our driveway. We live near a busy road so this could have been disastrous!

Was exactly what I required for my 2 fur babies

So far we are pleased with the collar we purchased for our dog. Very pretty pattern and liked the incorporated engraved tag design.
The only issue was the very slow delivery.

Ordered a collar and multifunctional rope lead. Expected a bit of a wait on the delivery and that was exactly what I got. Not the biggest deal in the world.

When the products did arrive I found the quality to actually be really good considering some of the reviews. The collar is a lot better than others we had bought from different companies and the rope lead is a very decent quality.

However...

The multifunctional lead is not like it shows in the pictures. One of the pictures shows a woman walking a pug with the lead over her shoulder. Where the loops are on the lead we got, the only dog I could use it over my shoulder with would be a great dane. I've got a mini dachshund. Love the lead but had I known that it isn't actually multifunctional, I would have just bought a standard rope lead.

Good communication and fast reply when enquired about my order. However, wouldn't order from here again unfortunately. Paid 4.99 for a really cheap quality collar that you can get for half the price at any pet shop in the uk, the engraving looks more like rust than actual engraving. I don't think it's worth waiting for so long for them to arrive, I would rather pay more for something quality and made in the UK

Great item, arrived after not too long considering it came from China

Ordered a collar for my dog, came in time. Looks and fits great! For the price I would highly recommend.

Purchase was smooth and when delivered it is a fantastic product of great quality which Toby loves to wear!

I received the wrong order, having got the pastel coloured colour another one arrived in pastel as well rather than the bright coloured version. Delivery also took a long time and there were no notifications of delivery date.

First off the products are incredibly cheaply made and very clearly not locally manufactured. Made in China rubbish.

The pictures on the website and what actually arrived have a huge discrepancy. Quality appalling, ‘leather’ so stiff it couldn’t bend.

Advertised as a cat collar, however what arrived would probably fit a Great Dane.

Despite the product being falsely advertised, Humber Pets refused a refund.

Avoid like the plague. Scam artists
