Very disappointed with my order. Engraving so small I couldn’t read it. Sent a picture and a complaint to them yet nothing. Very poor

Lovely collar. Slightly heavier than my dogs previous collar but it doesn't seem to be a problem for her.

Great collar and seems comfortable for my dogs neck. Soft inside and wide for mastiff.

Love the collar you did for Scout. Having the contact details ON the collar, it's not going to be lost. All the ones you attach to thecD ring always seem to get pulled off and lost.

Fantastic customer service and I love the unique products you provide. It's very difficult to get collars like this anywhere else. They're very beautiful. I'd love to see collars for large breeds with the personal info function on the buckle.

I really like the collar it has Harveys name & phone number on which is lovely .It is very well made.The only diwn fall was the length ov time it tuk 2 arrive.I would recommend 2 a friend.Thank -you

When my dogs coat harness arrive he size was very small. We followed the guidelines for sizing on Humberpets website and ordered Large, my dog is small in size. Contacted the co no response so far.

The product itself was fantastic. However i wasnt aware it was being shipped from China. I originally ordered it, as the store was about 25miles from me so i thought the postage time would be about 3 days. It actually took just short of 2 weeks.

It would have been handy to have known at checkout where the order was being fulfilled from. If it was then it wasnt obviously noticable.

It actually said 2 day delivery and that is technically correct, as its 2 days from when it enters the country and clears customs.

The collar was very keenly priced
When I realised the delivery time I ordered from a supplier who had a collar for next day delivery
There is nothing wrong with the product and it did arrive after several days if you are not in a hurry it’s great

Excellent quality collar very happy with it, was even better than I expected
