I Ordered a personalised dog collar as a gift and received someone else's order, totally different type of collar and name. I have emailed the company twice in the past week and had no reply as to where my original order is or even an apology. I'm presuming the person who's collar I received is having the same trouble.

Ordered size small of a cat collar but received large one. I sent email to Humberpets and explained the situation. They immediately sent out the correct size. The collar is a very good quality and fits nicely on our furry baby 👌

Brought a coat for my dog which firstly was great quality, unfortunately the zip broke but humber pets couldnt have been more helpful and provided a refund immediately

I did not receive my parcel and the company wasn't helpful at all, just told me to contact Royal Mail. Wouldn't recommend...

Everything on the site comes from China! That is why the site is so poor.
You won’t find any pet food or treats on there, only accessories.
The business is operated from a desk in a warehouse (Waffle 21 Ltd) and has no physical shop at all.
I am still waiting for a cat collar ordered over a week ago.
Customers should be made fully aware that this business is not supplying from the UK. I would not have bought from them had I known.
I have requested a full refund as I am not prepared to wait any longer when I can buy the same thing two miles away at Pets at Home and have it today.

It would have been helpful if the 'in stock' and 'tracking number' advice updates had indicated that your supplier was (presumably) in China as it was over a week before the Royal Mail tracking number was operational. If you set your customer expectations up front then it makes for a better experience.

I bought four personalised dog collars for my two dogs. I was very happy with them until my Labradors collar came open twice while walking, she is a very strong dog. I thought I would use the spare one that I had bought. The same happened again. I have not had the same trouble with my other dog, as he does not pull when walking. It could have been very dangerous if we had been near a road.

The lead and collar is great quality, the collar is slightly padded, and the lead is a little longer than our regular one and we are very pleased with it.

I ordered 2 cat collars, that were never delivered. When i contacted the company i was told my order was on the way. It never arrived & no sign that it ever will. Now i will need to chase up getting a refund. Very poor service. I do not recommend using Humber Pets

Easy to use Web site and ordering was easy to do , The item was delivered in the time scale given . I was disappointed with the item purchased for the dog which was poorly constructed , The stitching started coming apart on the second day so it had to be thrown away , My dog which is an American cocker Spaniel is placid and not rough with her toys so I was disappointed that this happened , It would have cost me almost the price of the item to send back so decided to bin it .

Lasted 2 days no good for big powerful dogs

Great selection of products. My fur baby loved her new toys.
