I ordered a mini water dispense for my classroom and never received it. I messaged multiple times and was replied with an automated message referring me to their tracking system. This was more than 5 months ago. I also asked for a refund which they sent me the same automated message.

Absolute scam, ordered in February, after two months of not receiving the order, I tried to contact the company, turns out it doesn’t even exist!!

I FOUND IT ON AMAZON DIFFERENT SELLER AND GOT THE NEXT DAY !!!!!

i’m so upset at this “company” i ordered the ‘anxiety ring’ to hopefully stop picking at my nails(i know it’s gross), and they arrival date would change constantly and i still haven’t received it. it was only $9 but i’m still upset to have wasted my money.

Hug&rose website is a big scam i bought 2 books of ''what i love about you'' i have been waiting for more than 5 months and now the website is not available how we can do to have our money back

I literally bought a instinct pheromone oil and never received my order. I bought it in the beginning of May but the delivery date kept on changing. I emailed them and they never got back to me. Bye bye to my money. Do waste your time on this scammers

I ordered a bath bomb over 6 months ago, I kept emailing to very short “wait” emails only to check again to find the whole website is gone. How do I get my money back? >:(

This website is a scam. I ordered a water dispenser in April and never received my order. Do not lose your money with this company, they are FRAUDS!!!!

I ordered a bath bomb for a birthday gift for a friend back in April, 4 months later and they have changed the delivery date at least 4 times now. Every time I email customer service to complain I get a very generic response about tracking my order which has changed 4 times now. After reading other reviews I guess I am now accepting the fact that my order will never arrive and that this website has stolen my money. Also the phone number they offer on their website will ring until you get a voicemail so that is completely useless as well.

Haven’t received my order I made over 4 months ago. I emailed customer support multiple times and only received the same automated reply each time. Complete scam of a company, do not order from here!

If I could I would give this negative number reviews. Ordered a me and you book on may 2nd and have yet to recover this item. Sent multiple emails and got nothing! Delivery date keeper getting pushed back. If anyone knows how to get my money back let me know ASAP.

Scammers! I ordered a drink bottle in April and it still hasn't arrived. When I check the tracking it just keeps getting later and later. I have contacted them for a refund but I don't think there's anything else I can do. Bye bye money:(

I made an order for the hello kitty pink flame lighter in march of this year. It is now July and still no package. Which is even more upsetting when I remember I paid for priority shipping. Extremely disappointed, I have no idea how I’m going to get my money back.

Not reciving my parcel, after 30 days(shipment to EU) I not getting the appoirate assistance in order to solve this matter. Wish I reacted quicker and canceled the bank payment.

Negative reviews. They don’t listen to complaints. I’ve waited two months for a stupid ass thing of perfume. I complained twice never got a response. However threaten that they are violating the consumer act of 2015 (google it but should get you you’re product). Even after I reported that they just shipped it when I was requiring my money back. Awful awful website made me never want to online shop again.

I ordered something from hug&rose in April. 6 weeks later I emailed customer service to check my order status and I was told to wait. It could take a while for international shipping. So I waited another week and my order status said it had been delivered but I didn't receive it. So I told customers service that I wanted my order refunded and got the same draft response that international shipping may take awhile. No, I was asking for a refund since the product had already been on it's way for 2 months and says delivered. It doesn't sound like I'm waiting for anything to come. I am not getting any response from this company now, by email or by phone. They are frauds just taking your money and saying that it may take a while, in hopes that you will forget you ordered.

I feel scammed. Ordered a 3 in one docking station for phone, watch and headphones and was sent a crappy dollar store quality wireless phone charger (that’s it). No where for the other items, not even close to what was advertised and for $30 usd not wanted

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Ordered ‘Burn After Writing’ on April 14th, it’s June 14th and I still haven’t received anything. I emailed and said that I didn’t want the book anymore abd that I’d like my money back. I just received an email with my tracking number. 🙄 Scam for sure.
