Stupid people won’t stop spam calling, I blocked like 10 of them still they call from different numbers. Forget their service never eve log in to take any info, I’m regretting so much that i did. I warned u, if u don’t wanna get spamed all the time beware!

Total Scam, pathetic service , no professionals available for service and they will not refund your money neither they will send a therapist . the moment you pay them they will be indifferent towards your concern. they are dealing with skin related services but they dont have any idea how to service the clients.

This company is a complete scam. I paid the entire amount upfront for lifetime sessions, and now they’ve blocked the appointment calendar so I can’t even book a session. There are no male therapists available, and customer service is useless, shameless, and downright pathetic. They keep giving excuses with zero solutions.

Worse, the therapist himself had the audacity to demand extra money/tips to “arrange” my LHR sessions. He literally said, “This is a service industry, if you want work done, you must pay extra.” Are you serious? After paying the full package price, they still try to extort money. This is highway robbery and blackmail.

MakeO Skinnsi has become a fraud factory run by cheats and thugs. Their management is worst in the industry – careless, greedy, and corrupt. They trap customers with fake promises, loot their money, then harass and blackmail them for more.

Do not fall for their lies. This is not a service company, this is a scam organization built to rob innocent people. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from these fraudsters unless you want your money stolen and your time wasted.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company.

I paid ₹27,000 for a full-body laser hair removal package. From the very beginning, I had clearly mentioned that I have minimal hair growth, but their sales executive convinced me to go for the full-body package, saying that bikini and underarm alone would cost more. I trusted their advice, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money and time.

Despite waiting almost a year, I received no proper service and no visible results — not even a single hair removed from my body. I repeatedly followed up through emails and calls, and even spoke with their representative, who promised me a refund if they couldn’t provide the service by August 1st. That date passed, and still nothing was done.

After constant follow-ups, they finally agreed to a partial refund, which I accepted in good faith — even though I deserved a full refund. But now it is the end of the month, and I still haven’t received the money. I have sent them multiple reminder emails asking why the refund hasn’t been credited yet, but there is no proper response or action.

This shows a complete lack of professionalism, respect for customers, and accountability. I regret trusting them and wasting my money and time. If this is how they treat their customers, I would strongly advise others to think twice before availing their services.

I had booked a Laser Hair Removal appointment for 10th August and, as a precaution, called the clinic on 9th August to confirm. To my shock, the receptionist informed me that the appointment was cancelled due to unavailability of the therapist, and I would need to rebook.

Since the cancellation was from their end, I expected them to arrange an alternative. Instead, I was told that bookings can only be made online via the app, which is practically useless because there are no slots available for the next 2–3 months. The appointment I had secured for 10th August was already after a long wait, and I had upcoming travel plans, so waiting further wasn't an option.

I requested a refund, but ever since then, it's been a nightmare. I’ve been calling every 2–3 days, and all I get is the standard response: "Our senior team is looking into it, and we’ll get back to you." No real action, no follow-up.

Ironically, before booking, their sales team will call you nonstop, aggressively pushing you to buy packages. But once they get your money, the customer service disappears.

This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. It feels like the only priority is to take your money, not to provide reliable service or support afterward. Would never recommend this clinic.

Everyday i have to call for my refund because they have cancelled home service.no proper answer no refund .they will ask to visit center very pathetic customer care .u will get same answer our senior will contact.they will keep your call on hold.its harrasment .they are fraud.if anyone going through legal advice .please share .need to take action .i have seen lots of people are suffering .

Worst experience with Skinnsi. Paid ₹62,000 for full-body laser with awful results, therapist body-shamed me, and sessions were repeatedly mishandled. No consistency, no respect for privacy. After 2 years, I’m left with hair, rashes, and regret. Legal action underway. Not recommended at all.

Absolutely disappointed with Skinsii. I purchased their “unlimited 2-year full body laser hair removal at-home package” – and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Due to personal reasons, I couldn’t take all sessions within the timeframe, and despite multiple requests, they refused to accommodate even a few extra sessions that I paid for.

On top of that, they keep labelling sessions as “complimentary” – which is ridiculous, because nothing is complimentary when I’ve paid for the service in full. Therapists have cancelled sessions last minute, and I’ve had to constantly follow up just to get basic service. And every time I raise an issue, they act like they’re doing me a favor.

And worst of all – I’m constantly being harassed with calls trying to sell me more services, even though they haven’t delivered on the current one. After 14 sessions, I’m still not happy with the results. One more session isn’t going to fix that, and frankly, I’m just done.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and aggressively sales-focused. Think twice before signing up.

I’m extremely frustrated with @makeo_skin . This company is completely fraud without informing the client they are canceling the sessions. I had took the package of 8 session that too home service package by paying 30% extra amount for this home service and now they are saying me to take further sessions at clinic. Can you just say me why? @makeo_skin you are taking 30% extra amount and after my 2 sessions you are saying me to to take my future sessions at clinic and when I’m complaining at the customer support they are saying me “ma’am we’ll give you extra one session for compensation”seriously extra on session… it’s horrible first you’ll were not providing me the therapist which I want and now this. @makeo_skin just complete my home service package at home only and with the therapist which i want or else give me my refund.

The worst ever company. They are good until they extract money. No refund possible once paid. You will never get your sessions on time..Not just on time, you have to wait for month together. Its a fruad company. Dont waste your hard earned money with these people.

I booked Skinnsi’s Laser Hair Removal package in 2024. My first session was on 6th Sept 2024, the second on 26th Dec 2024 and after that, no sessions were scheduled for months.
Every time I followed up, the only response was: “No therapist available in your city.”

After waiting patiently with no service and no clarity, I decided to cancel the plan and request a refund, as the long gaps had already made the treatment ineffective and pointless.

Despite reaching out multiple times, I was misled again and again. First, they assured me the refund would be processed once I sent an email — I did that — and then they completely denied the refund. Later, they started pushing me to reschedule after months of silence.

I’ve been in contact with their representative Selvi Chandran, and unfortunately, she has been completely unhelpful. She refuses to listen to my concerns and keeps pushing me to cross-sell the package to a friend, instead of processing my refund. I made it clear I don’t want to transfer the plan — I want my money back — but she continues to ignore my request.

I was actually a regular customer of Skinnsi. In the past, my brother booked his teeth aligners through them, my sister did too, and so did I. After all this, the way they are treating a loyal customer is deeply concerning and disappointing.

They’ve tried everything to avoid refunding my hard-earned money, but never offered a real solution.

I paid a total of ₹37,259 and got nothing in return but delays, false promises, and mental exhaustion. I’ve seen zero results and feel completely cheated.

Update: (7th May 2025): They called again with the same excuse — refund not possible — and then closed the case on their own without resolving anything.

Skinnsi’s customer service is careless, unprofessional, and shows no regard for customer satisfaction.
Think twice before trusting them.

I have subscribed for 12 session LHR service. And since the day of trial i have been facing issues. Nail in the coffin is my 11 appointment that was cancelled by technicians twice on consecutive days.

For a Monday appointment I got a call from technician in Saturday saying she has had a miscarriage. How highly unprofessional behaviour this is!!!! . Apart from sympathy I had nothing else to offer. Worst thing is on Sunday (a day before the appointment day) I get a call from Customer care saying my appointment is cancelled due to power cut issue?? Hello?? This is home service and you know schedule of power cut at my home a day in prior!!! When I told him about my conversation with miscarriage woman he had nothing to say but sorry.

Then I booked a Tuesday appointment and on Sunday I get wl a call from another technician saying can we change the time and I refused. On the day if the appointment the appointment was on and for 3 hours the app said the technician has almost reached my place but she never arrived. And to too it all I get message saying ’I have cancelled the appointment.

I have registered a complaint with Consumer Grievances Cell and I am not compensated for the agony worth 1 year, I am all set to take this case to the consumer court. I come from family of lawyers.

Anyway the treatment has gone for a toss already since there has been a delay of 1 month in my session.

Taken Face Peel and Hydra services more than a year back to make my skin even tone. They promised me and charged me a good amount for this.

In the name of Peel they only did my lips peeling with excuses it's too hot summer so not good for the skin but they counted these sessions and cut my maximum sessions like this. Even in Hydra, they did peeling n peeling. Due to excessive n hard peeling, I got many black spots on the nose and other parts of my face. Attached are some pics for reference.

I raised tickets many times but they closed it without even talking. I raised this on mail and through App but they are not listening.

Dr. Kriti, Dr. Develina, Shivani these are the name who are only doing fake promises and closing my tickets without doing anything.

Dr. Kriti left Skinsi without giving any download to the current doctor and now she is telling App showing your Hydra and Peeling sessions are done.

They are only ready to sell packages and products.

I would strongly say .. don't go to them.. they are fake ..

I don't want to cross the line otherwise I would have written something worse they deserve.

The same scamming, thieving of money. No items produced. Tracking - when it worked- demanded payment to track your own items that you've just paid them for!!! They'll have set up their own faje "tracking" site too!! Have you ever heard of such baloney?? I purchased through "bestechtest.com" online, a recommendation on men's razors by an alleged hairdresser. REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THEY WILL GET THESE CONS.

Avoid Avoid this scam company, tryed to cancel, order arrived refused package, ask for a refund taking £30 for postage and packaging , waiting for refund but saying refund is transferred into my account, which it's not arrived, even phoned my bank see if it's pending ( not) email them , they are saying refund has , bloody scammers , do not purchased anything from this so called company should be banned on websites, seems like I've now lost £87 😡🤬

I feel why even I am giving one star. They deserve zero star.. worst service, worst results, they don’t have machine on time plus hair growth has not reduced at all. 80% time their machine is faulty. Pls don’t take their service!

Better die than thinking of taking any service from skinnsi they will treat you like trash once u do the payment. Just a bug in market giving zero value for money services.
