Was not expecting the rep,(Sheonagh) to arrive with a colleague who carried in a chair for me to see and try out before placing my order. But having dealt with HSL previously should have known better.After being assured that the upholstery i already had on my current armchair was still available the order was placed. In other word an all round first class service. Thanks

HSL sofas are a premium product at a premium price point, and they have customer service to match. From the friendly and welcoming people in the Nottingham showroom, who knowledgeably answered all of our questions, to the professional and unobtrusive delivery team (Ian and Paul) who efficiently delivered the sofas on time and assembled them without any fuss.
These are the most comfortable and beautiful sofas I have owned and I couldn't be more pleased.

What a fantastic experience. The staff in Nottingham provided expert advice, encourage you to sit for as long as you like trying chairs to ensure you choose what is right. No matter how many visits we made we were always welcomed and provided with refreshments whilst we continually tried various options and once decided 6 weeks later our chairs were delivered and the quality is amazing. Many thanks indeed for a refreshingly different shopping experience.

The sales lady at Stapleford branch was very thorough throughout our visit. They made sure the chairs were the right fit for my mum and dad. Everything was explained to us, we were given plenty of fabrics to look through and chose what was right for us. The price was good also.

The 2 members of staff, David & Gill, were excellent. They did not hassle us to make us buy, they new the products. They gave advice and left just to it, just as we like.
Best Customer Experience from a furniture shop that we have had.

From the first moment that we entered the showroom we were treated care and understanding of our needs. We were not rushed at all and when we changed our mind the next day about the colour of the chairs nothing was too much trouble for our assistant. The delivery was booked and the chairs delivered on time by two very helpful men who put our old suite into the garage for us and took away all the packaging. I would highly recommend this company.

First class cheerful and effective delivery men (Paul and Jon) put the new chair in place, plugged it in, gave us a demonstration and left us with all the information we needed before they left. Perfect.

Alex and Tom delivered my parents chairs and bed today. They called before arrival and were within the time slot. They were friendly, polite, professional, and respectful of the home/property. Each item was handled with care, assembled, checked, and a demonstration given. Excellent customer service, just like Sue in the store.

From purchasing to delivery the service was fabulous. Sue at the Bramcote showroom was knowledgeable and friendly. We were given copious amount of tea and spent more than an hour trying our chairs. The three piece was ready before we were but that was not a problem they just held it back until we were.
