HSL Chairs - Nottingham Recensioni 

Visited our nearest HSL shop in Nottingham on Monday the 6th July. We chose this store as having previously had a chair from HSL before which lasted 20 years, we knew it was good quality. Anyway we were taken care of by a nice lady called Emma. She explained the chairs and how they worked. We settled on a standard fit riser recliner. I particularly like the one with added lumbar support by pressing a button. She made us a cup of tea too! Very nice service and very much looking forward to receiving my new chair. Thank you Emma.

I was looking for a stressless chair and called in at Nottingham HSL and was given excellent advice by Sheonagh, l chose the exclusive to HSL wingback chair after trying the one in store as well as other styles and fell in love with the dark olive colour.
Waited 10 weeks for my chair to arrive,was contacted yesterday and today was delivered by Lee and Carl who had to struggle a bit to get it around the back as it wouldn't go through the front.They did this without complaint .Both were polite and professional a job well done.
I was recommended the Nottingham store by someone l knew and am really so pleased with the service , l absolutely love my chair now l have it .Many thanks to HSL, Sheonagh at the store and Lee and Carl for delivery.

From ordering our sofa in the store to delivery, we have been absolutely delighted with all aspects of using HSL Chairs for the purchase of our required furniture. The assistant was very patient and helpful with my husband with limited mobility. We were not hurried to make any decision on purchase.

Staff in the showroom were great - they gave us advice but left us to decide things by ourselves. Did not feel pressured into making decisions.

Being able to see a catalogue online without having to give any personal information was great, The chair I tried (very helpful to be able to try out at home) was extremely comfortable and did everything I needed. The colleagues who brought it were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and gave me plenty of time to check out the product without any pressure. Ordering was easy, I just await delivery now.

From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment my furniture was delivered, we couldn't fault HSL Chairs. We were looked after exceptionally well in the showroom by Emma whose product knowledge was very good whilst at the same time leaving us to browse at our leisure which was so important. After purchasing exactly what I was hoping for, the timescale of events was exactly as advised from payment of the balance being taken very pleasantly and efficiently by Sana to the delivery of the furniture . I was kept updated of delivery progress and the suite was delivered by Craig and Damo who were very pleasant and helpful whilst also being respectful of my property .I highly recommend HSL, thank you .

There was a slight issue with delivery, but when it was identified- the whole HSL team seemed to go above and beyond to satisfy my needs and meet the original expectations. Well done showroom, the back office team and delivery guys who were so helpful.
