Good product. Excellent service

On arrival at Lichfield store the warm welcome we received made us feel at ease and as if we were the only people that mattered. The knowledge, professionalism and patience shown by Sam as she guided us through the selection of appropriate chairs and sofas was exemplary. There was no "hard sell" or interference found in other retail outlets. Well done Lichfield for a brilliant experience.

Although it was near closing Sheila was lovely. So helpful and kind. Tried many different models of chair to find the right fit. They made us a coffe and there wasn't any push on buying a chair. Gave me a sample of the material I was having on my chair. No brainer to go back again if needed. Wouldn't go anywhere else even though we live 30 miles away.

I recently went with my elderly Aunty, who will be 93 next week, to try riser-recliners for her at the Lichfield Branch of HSL. We had a lovely experience because the staff were so warm and friendly, really knew their products and understood my Aunty's needs. We finalised the purchase over a cup of coffee. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was relaxed and unrushed.
We have been kept informed throughout as to the progress of the delivery which happened well within the potential window we were given.
The chair was delivered earlier this week by Alex and Shane who rang to let me know half an hour in advance when they would be arriving so that I could go up to be present when they arrived at my Aunty's house. Both chaps were friendly and respectful throughout, installed the chair carefully and Alex took his time to clearly explain the workings of the chair to my Aunty and to myself. The chair is very well made and the fabric is of excellent quality.
Alex stayed until he was sure that everything met with our approval, which it did. Even Teddy the dog thought Alex was wonderful as he gave him a big fuss.
Really happy with the whole experience so thank you to everyone involved!

The staff at the showroom were helpful and informative and the delivery was on time and efficient.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were given time and space to look at sofas and discuss our thoughts without undue pressure.

Sam was very knowledgeable about what I needed in a chair to make me comfortable, it was nice to find that I didn’t have to pay vat as a blue badge holder. Sam made it very easy to decide the chair and fabric and I can’t wait to sit in my new chair.

My wife and I visited HSL at Lichfield on two occasions in the last week where we were 'looked after' by Carol.
She was excellent and a great ambassador for HSL. Nothing was too much trouble and she assisted us in every way in making our decision to purchase two new riser recliners to replace our somewhat ageing existing chairs

Went into HSL Lichfield to look for a two-seater sofa late on a Sunday afternoon and the staff there, Sam and Brad, couldn't have been more helpful. We got what we wanted, comfortable, stylish and made in Britain. They both helped us to buy what was right for us rather than selling us something. Thanks so much.

Ian and Paul called to say they would be with us within 20mins and arrived on time. Delivery and set up of the chair was swift and efficient and both men were friendly and polite. Great service!

From my purchase at the Lichfield store where Nick was so extremely helpful to delivery by two very pleasant northern guys, Ian and Paul, I cannot praise everyone involved enough. HSL is a company that I would definitely do business with again.

My settee was delivered by Ian & Paul who were very polite and efficient. The settee is so comfortable that I fell asleep reading my book!!!

Carol at the Lichfield branch provided very detailed information on all of the suites, but we never imagined how many questions she would ask us to ensure we got the comfort we required. Carol was so knowledgeable and we spent at least two hours with her trying out different suites (also enjoying the tea and biscuits provided!!). We finally decided on two recliner chairs and a three seater sofa in the Ripley range.
The suite was ordered on the 12th October, with a delivery time of 6 - 8 weeks. Having paid the balance 3 weeks after ordering we received a phone call on the 5th November asking if the 12th November was convenient to deliver the suite between 8.30am and 12 noon (this was only just over 4 weeks since ordering!). Today I received a phone call to say HSL were on their way and they arrived promptly at 8.30am. Alex and Tom were considerate in coming into our property (typical, it was raining) and the suite was assembled and placed in position. I cannot begin to say how pleased we are with the whole process, your staff are a credit to HSL! Well done.

Great experience in Lichfield store with Carol. Made sure we got exactly the right chair for dad.
Delivery was quicker than we expected and Ian and Paul were terrific - gave us call to say when arriving, positioned chair and demonstrated the controls and took all packing away. Perfect.
