Good experience.
We were greeted and made to feel welcome by the 2 lady assistants.
They gave us general information about the different chairs available and were very helpful when we asked for specifics.
The ladies were also patient as my wife did change her mind a couple of times about which chair and fabric she wanted.
It was a pleasure to be dealt with, in such an attentive manner.

Excellent customer service
The assistants made my husband and I very welcome, including our aging dog as it was too warm to leave him in the car. The assistant who helped us listened to what we did and didn't want and then guided us to what turned out to be perfect. 2 riser recliners, a 2 seater sofa and an armchair. When I wasn't too sure on colourways she made suggestions which again turned out to be a perfect choice. We even had a coffee and biscuit. Well done ladies. As we haven't yet taken delivery of said items I can't comment on that. Well done HSL ladies@

we were assisted by Falon at the Lichfield branch. She was polite, knowledgeable and helpful with our choice of chairs. We went back to confirm our purchase and were helped by Carol, who was also very pleasant and professional. All in all it was a very good experience.

Lovely HSL reclining chair
Craig and Danny delivered my HSL chair today , two very nice men who were on time and respected my property . They put my chair in the right place and made sure all was well before leaving .
