Excellent customer service,Brad the salesman went out of his way to help, put my elderly aunt at ease, no pushy sales, just good honest advice.
Delivery was prompt, called to say on the way, the two delivery men, Craig and Lee were were very efficient, polite and considerate, again ideal when dealing with a elderly person , would recommend highly to anyone

I was met by Carole who asked me what I needed; I explained that I was down sizing to an apartment. I said that I would prefer Ercol as the maker, I was given an in-depth review of the products on show and an understanding of the HSL collection. As I have arthritis Carole also suggested that I consider adding features which would help.
I also bought an adjustable HSL/Hypnos bed.

My partner brought a chair from HSL Lichfield on 28th June was told by customer service it would be delivered 9th August. Chair still hasnt arrived and she only gets updated when she calls, she has real back pain, if it wasnt HSL you would think its a scam

The sales staff made us feel at home, providing excellent service, and making sure we were comfortable with every step from entry to shop to exit.

This was my second visit to the HSL showroom in Lichfield and on both occasions the service was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. On the first occasion I bought an adjustable bed which has proved to be very comfortable and has helped me cope with pain from arthritic joints. On the second occasion, we were served by Carol. Again this was a very pleasant and informative visit, resulting in the purchase of a riser/recliner chair for myself (eagerly awaited), and a chair for my daughter. Can highly recommend this showroom, the products and the service.

Separately ordered head rest to match with HSL chair. Perfectly matched existing pattern. So pleased with this and professional service generally throughout.

I had originally gone to the Lichfield store of HSL, just to scout out potential chairs for when my renovations are finished at the end of August. The experience in the store with Sheila and Carol was brilliant. Not only did they provide me a no-pressure quote, but they also made me a proper cuppa tea. I knew on the drive home I had to go back and order, so I grabbed the wallpaper sample and headed back. Nothing was too much for either Sheila or Carol, and we were surprised as to which colour the chair ended up being! I would happily use again, and I'm looking forward to having my "investment piece".

A little early for a full review as we await delivery of our order.
The Showroom staff in Litchfield were excellent, we had two visits to view and decide, no pressure on either, cannot fault the service so far.
A little disappointed that they will not remove and dispose of old furniture, which is prob for us in a second floor apartment, this caused us to delay our order initially.
Otherwise I recommend them.

Both my daughter and I were very impressed with the service and knowledge we received from the assistant. We were in your Lichfield store for nearly 2 hours in 13th July before I chose the chair for me. I would recommend this branch of HSL to anyone considering buying a HSL chair

The process of chosing and buying a chair from HSL was very simple. With the supprt of Carol and Sheila in the Lichfield shop I was able to select a chair to meet my needs. I opted for express delivery and the chair was installed in my living room by two very capable deliver staff. I was kept informed from start to finish.
