Found staff to be friendly and helpful. gave recommendation of size of chair to suit me. Made us feel welcome in store and not pressurized to purchase from them. Would recommend to others.

I ordered and received a catalogue and samples, which arrived promptly.
I had a follow up phone call.
I visited the showroom in Brighton with a good idea of the chair I wanted.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helped me choose the right sized chair to give me the back support I needed.
My husband had all his questions clearly answered re the cost and expected delivery time.
As we then decided to order two chairs we were given a discount.
We had 48 hours to cancel or change our minds.
I rang the next day to change the colour of chair leg.
It was easy to get through on the phone.

Yes I had to wait longer than normal for delivery but my joice of material was the problem so I knew it would be longer. However, earlier than expected it was delivered today and absolutely great. We live in small very old cottage and were worried we would not get it around the doors and into the lounge but the guys made it without fuss, just extra time so all good. So far delighted with how it looks and I am sure it is what we needed for comfort. Look forward to reading and knitting in comfort. Thank you HSL.

The experience from entering the showroom in Brighton to the delivery of the chairs by Jack and Martin was everything a great customer experience should be. Everyone explained things in a professional way and treated us with courtesy that is often missing these days.

On Saturday, I bought a riser recliner chair! Without Lesley and Kerry’s experienced help I’m not sure it would have happened! I went with no expectation and left with the perfect chair! There was no pressure to buy, just a genuine desire to help me find the chair that could be a possibility.
HSL Brighton was my third foray into this world, and Lesley and Kerry made it third time lucky. I spent a long time with them and they were very patient whilst I transferred from wheelchair to just about every model on display.
I have already recommended HSL Brighton to a friend and intend to go back to look at a sofa to go with this perfect chair.
