The communication is good and they always acknowledge receipt of your emails.

I found the process quite difficult but was guided through it successfully and with much patience My emails were always answered quickly so I can only recommend HS Legal

1 Star – Completely Unprofessional, Extreme Delays, and Zero Communication
​I strongly advise against using HS Legal Solicitors (specifically JM).
​Communication was a nightmare throughout the entire process. He consistently ignored emails for days, declined my phone calls, and even switched off his mobile phone entirely when I tried to reach him for urgent updates.
​My offer on the property was accepted in late March, and I was assured that completion would take place by late May or mid-June. Instead, it was dragged out until July 31st, leaving me stranded and forcing me to pay out-of-pocket for two weeks in a hotel.
​To make matters worse, in mid-September, when I contacted the management agency for permission to let the property, I was shocked to discover that completion formalities were STILL not finalized. Due to outstanding documents (Deed of Covenant) and unpaid fees (£500+) caused by his incompetence, the management company refuses to recognize me as the owner and has blocked me from renting the flat out.
​Because of this ongoing negligence, I am now losing £200 every single week in rental income. Shocking lack of professionalism, zero accountability, and complete disregard for the client. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful firm and avoid it at all costs to spare yourself the mind numbing frustrating of how these solicitors can make a simple search query span more than 7 months! If you ever see the name JAWAD MAHMOOD just know that you are in the most incompetent hands imaginable, absolutely dreadful solicitor and I'm surprised he still has a job

Team delivered a good service. The overall transaction processing was done in 4 months. Reasonable price. What could be improved in the future is proactive communication- share a list of pending queries, more advice on risks related to potential negative impact to the buyes.

Jawad Mahmood who I never spoke to and he was never available, made the conveyancing process the most stressful it could be,he wanted information of a legal nature, which mostly I felt like I was working for him, it was supposed to take 10 weeks but actually took 14 weeks, I will never ever use this Solicitor again.

HS Legal Solicitors handled the sale of our house. the communication was very good, the updates were regular, they were very helpful throughout the whole process and quick to respond to the buyers enquiries. would not hesitate using them again , thank you HS Team ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊😊

HS legal came highly recommended to me, I switched from a different firm to HS legal by recommendation. These guys kept me in the loop and always replied promptly to anything I asked. One of the easiest and best experiences i've had with any type of lawyer. Highly recommend and fairly priced you would be silly not to use HS Legal!!

Communication good - friendly, professional team that got me there .... The online case storage system i liked very much and it was better than other systems I've used on previous online house purchases.

We instructed HS Legal solicitors to act as our conveyancer to sell our property, they were nothing but excellent from start to finish, making the whole process easy and straightforward, nothing was a problem for them and the communication was first class. I am getting older and am not a fan of the electronic systems used these days but any of my vented frustrations or confusions was always met with a patient,calm and polite response explaining what I needed to do.
There were many emails but they always responded by the next day.

I highly recommend HS Legal Solicitors to anyone looking for a Conveyancer. I have used to them to sell 3 properties and buy 1 in the last couple of years and all members of the team have been fast, efficient, friendly and helpful throughout. My main solicitor who I had the most dealings with was Mamed Larsanov. He is a fantastic solicitor. I am a very anxious buyer/seller and Mamed answered all of my emails and phonecalls within a couple of hours reassuring me throughout the process. He is so kind, understanding and easy to deal with. After having dealt with other conveyancers in my life, I can honestly say that Mamed is the best Conveyancer I have ever dealt with for a smooth and efficient sale or purchase. He gets the job done and at a much more fair rate than some other companies I have used. He is a huge asset to his company and deserves all the recognition.
