Kenny was there through out the sale day/night very helpful. Took the stress out of moving.

As soon as we had our meeting i didnt bother with the rest as i had full confidence in Kenny - and it paid off. House spotters were very professional and we were kept up to date at every part of the sale of the house. I arranged for three estate agents to visit me and after meeting Alan me and my daughter had no doubts that it was him we wanted to sell our home. His whole outlook was fresh and exciting compared to the other estate agents we spoke to. It is very clear that he loves what he does and from start to finish he dealt with everything and kept me updated every step of the way. He answered all of my questions right away even if it was outside normal working hours. My house sold within a week with me getting over 10% above the asking price. While I did not use Housespotters to sell my home. I was in fact the person buying the house and the communication and support I received from Kenny the EA while purchasing made me wish I had.
