FRAUD do not use! I have report to action fraud and they have advised anyone else who has been a victim to report to them!

Can't be trusted, awful service
NEVER shop here ladies. I was so excited when I saw the dresses they had for sale and I immediately ordered one of their dresses. The dress arrived but was too small, and therefore I followed their exchange process and opted for the larger size. From there my experience went rapidly down hill. My exchange was accepted by them on 03/02/17 and I was informed the dress would be sent out 10/2/17 as it was on pre order, and would be sent Royal Mail 1-3 days delivery. I waited until 16/2/17 and still no dress, so I emailed to enquire. I was then told there had been a delay but they could confirm it was now out for delivery. I waited another week and still no dress. So I emailed again and was then told it must be an issue with their courier, and that they would request the courier report and send it to me. I waited a few days and stilll no courier report. I emailed again asking for a refund/ courier report and I still received nothing. I have emailed numerous times since then and have not had any reply at all. I commented on their instagram page and my comments have just been deleted but no reply given.
I am now 75 pounds down and no dress to show for it. The customer service is terrible, they just tell lie after lie. After having this issue I searched for other customer reviews and there have been about 8-10 other reviews where they have done this to other people and stolen their money and not provided any goods.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Beware ladies.
