FRAUD do not use! I have report to action fraud and they have advised anyone else who has been a victim to report to them!

I received a faulty item so I send it back this was months ago and I am still awaiting either a exchange or a refund. This is a terrible company and I wouldn’t buy from them they just take your money !

Did anybody actually receive their refund from this company ?
All emails I now send are bouncing back to me and I have tried to send messages via Facebook and Instagram with no avail. I am gutted to have thrown £91.98 down the drain with nothing to show for it.

I have contacted trading standards and await their response.

Placed an order in November 2018 and only one of the orders turned up. I was continuously promised that the item had been dispatched, and then received conflicting information advising that the item hadn't arrived in stock. It's now been over 2 months and i've still not received the item. I've now requested for a full refund which the company has said they've processed.. i await to receive the money in my account!

I have never known a website to be so unprofessional, disorganised and frankly rubbish. My partner ordered an item 3 weeks before Christmas expecting the item to be with us before Christmas. It is now 2 weeks after Christmas and the parcel is still nowhere to be seen. Website doesn’t have a contact number so can’t chase it properly as emails aren’t answered. Terrible service and won’t be using again. Spent nearly £300 on a product that hasn’t arrived with no sign of a refund in sight. Pure rubbish.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Took weeks for my order to come then when it did it wasn’t even the right stuff sent more that 10 emails never answered then on Instagram they answered me told me to be patient and stop messaging them then said they would give me a refund now the next day I have been told they don’t issue refunds and now there not replying to my messages. Spend £170 of my money that I’m not going to get back!
Awful company will never order again and I will be reporting them. Worst online company ever

Having made a purchase for a bag a month ago for my daughters birthday I really wish I had looked at reviews on trust pilot before I did. I had no email confirmation just the one from sage pay (thank goodness as at least I hade proof). Two weeks later no bag so emailed them as had paid like previous people £3.99 for 2-5 day delivery. Got email back days later to say that they had not received my order due to 'software change over issues' and they had now found my order due to sage pay and would send out and refund my postage. Last week still no bag so emailed again and was told it would be posted that day as it had come into stock - hang on it was already in stock or so I though !!!. and to check my junk for the tracking. So today still no bag so emailed them again. got a reply within 2 hours (wow) to say it was in royal mail system and gave me a tracking number. Guess what the tracking number is not valid.... so emailed them back told them I am ringing my bank to report it as a fraudulent purchase and then I am reporting them to trading standards. It is such a shame for innocent people. Karma will get them for sure.

Wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Ordered a bag that i actually needed for my 21st birthday, orderded it 1 week before i actually needed it, paid 1-3 working day delivery..2 weeks later still not recieved my order. I got told it was on a "slight" pre-order, which this was never stated when i purchased it. Currently emailing them back and forth every day for the past week they have told me when i am emailing them that that day would be the day i would get it. Told me it was coming via Hermes then few days later told me its royal mail. They sent me a "tracking" code which isn't even valid. I did tell them i still wanted the product but want my delivery cost refunding.. week later no refund and STILL no product. They are absoutley disgusting. Absolute scammers. NEVER use this site.

Absolutely awful service! Made an order weeks ago, 3-5 day delivery. No confirmation email, heard nothing since!

Tried contacting the company numerous times, Facebook/Instagram/ email just to be ignored.

POOR custumor service! They just take your money. Absolute SCAM. Pictures they post on Instagram of celebs wearing their items is clearly a lie, as I’ve looked into the celebs pics and they have tagged others not house of SHB.

Wish I would have read reviews and looked up on them sooner. LESSON LEARNT. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if it was a choice.

Omg what a nightmare!! Never order frim this site,ordered a dress two weeks ago paid postage for it to arrive within 3to 5 days has arrived,messaged them so many times they don't get back to you,so guess I've lost my money,CHEERS !!!

I’m so sick of this site!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a bag and it hasn’t come so they refunding me they said a week ago saying my refund will show 24-72 hours well I still haven’t got my refund!!!! I have young children and I’m not rich where my refund!!!!

First of all I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could pick 0 I would!!!

Worst company I ever order from! I order a parcel 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived!!
I got NO online confirmation for my order for a start all I got was proof of payment!
I have asked and asked where my parcel is and tracking emails and nothing. I have spoken numerous times & they promise they will send over tracking for my item an I still have nothing!!
£72 down the drain and won’t give me a refund for my purchase because apparently they have already sent 2 of the same item to my house & both have gone missing!!!

Ordered a dress on 26th September still awaiting this. I am unable to contact the company as no contact number, I have sent numerous messages via the website still no response. This is completely unacceptable to take money and not supply goods. Do not use this website as it is a rip off and needs to be closed down!!!!!!!

I wish i had read reviews before purchasing an item from this site,this website has the worst customer service,they lie to customers,take money;and most disgustingly they fake promise a 10% discount and lead thousands of customers on,i had purchased an item back in August,I haven’t received it,neither have i got any reply despite emailing them several times,i even had the delivery service email them because the delivery service they said they used to deliver the item was a complete lie,and now its October yet still no reply,very unprofessional and unpromising.

I bought a dress from this website on the 13th of September for a special occasion and have still not received it. I have contacted the seller four times via their contact page on their website and on twitter as they do not have a telephone number.

I have had NO response back!!! So DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!

Completely unacceptable and unprofessional - ordered a bag FIVE weeks ago, (costing £64), which didn't arrive in the allotted time slot. On emailing to enquire after a week of waiting, I was offered a 10% refund and to wait for my parcel, and a tracking number, (which didn't link to any parcel that Royal Mail had in their system). Still nothing arrived and so I emailed again a further two weeks later, this time they said that Royal Mail must have lost the parcel (?) and that they were going to send another through Hermes, and that they would send me the tracking details. No such details arrived, and surprise surprise, my parcel still hasn't arrived in a total of five weeks later. I don't mind waiting longer for something if there has been a mistake but when it is meant to arrive in 3-5 working days and it still isn't here after 5 weeks, AFTER taking £64 off me, that is just unacceptable.

Ordered a bag which was on pre-release, they emailed me to say it was delayed but would give me a 10% refund on the order and would send me tracking details when sent, I did get sent the details but the number didnt work until a week later it said I could finally track it and turned up the next day! Apart from the week & a bit delay for the product I am very happy with my bag and is true to what I ordered! Will purchase again from this company

I am so annoyed with this company. Ordered a dress well over a week ago, I’ve emailed them 5 times and haven’t had a response. No contact number to call and I wanted my dress for this upcoming Friday!! VERY annoyed... Where is my order!?!? It’s not exactly cheap either!!!

Can’t get any response from house of shb. Ordered a dress no sign of dress . Contacted email address no response, no other way to contact them. Left in limo regards my dress and needed it for special occasion
