Item looked nothing like the photo so decided to return. House of SHB confirmed they had received the item back and said it would take 14 days for a refund. it is now 18th day and they are ignoring my emails. AVOID !

They ignore your emails but have fantastic clothes!
They ignore your emails but take your money straight away. I’ve been waiting ages for delivery even though i paid 1-3 days! Shocking!!
I stand corrected even though the delivery was out of sort. The clothes are amazing and exactly as described and shown online.
Delivery needs to be addressed 👀

..Awful Customer Service...complained via email about 1-3 day delivery that was delivered in 6 days and got a reply showing it was delivered in 6! No apology and no reply about refunding my delivery charge. Complained again via Facebook to be blocked so I couldn’t message them! Have retuned item 2 weeks ago, which I had to pay to return, and still no refund! Never ordering from them again!

I have contacted them several times over the last 3 weeks waiting for my purchase, the only response I get is that they have passed my message on to the support desk and they will get in touch with me!! I have twice asked for a refund due to none arrival of my purchase and been ignored! Unfortunately they don’t offer PayPal as a payment method so I can’t get my money back!
I have been asked to write my order number on their page...if only they hadn’t blocked me when I was asking for a refund!!! It’s only taken them 4 months to respond!!

After sending 11 emails.. I have had no response in regards to where my order is. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and paid for a fast track service. In total distress as I need my order for my Uncle's wedding. Wouldn't even rate it.

3 items ordered 8 weeks ago.
1 arrived within a week.
The second arrived within 4 after emailing countless times.
The third still hasn’t arrived.
I sent back the 2 that did arrive and took 6 weeks to be refunded.
The third, I requested the cancellation of but nope, they’re telling me it arrived a month ago and didn’t!
They basically take your money, don’t send you your items and don’t refund you. All comments on social media are removed immediately
Don’t waste your money or time, plus the quality is shocking

Worst company to deal with. You wait a month for ur order then they blame you and say it was on hold when you ordered it even though it certainly wasn't and then have the cheek to charge you postage to arrive in 1-3 days for orders that they knew was on back order! When you do receive your orders items are missing and thEy then tell your u they are out of stock. Still waiting on refunds. All orders I have had have been nightmares do not waste your time I won't be! They lie and lie and lie , the stuff comes from China but yet give you postage options and knowing it won't turn up for a month ahaha it's laughable. Still waiting on an item to arrive two weeks ago, meant to arrive again yesterday - GUESS WHAT- STILL WAITING!!! Avoid at all costs.

I followed on Instagram and was going to place an order. I wasn't happy as they don't use PAYPAL and have had a bad experience with a company previously. I questioned on their Instagram post and was instantly blocked from their page. Anyone who does this has clearly got something to hide so please steer clear of this company

I wish I had read the reviews before using this company because they all describe exactly what has happened to me. I ordered 5 dresses from this company but only 3 turned up. I left it a week but the other 2 dresses didn't turn up so I contacted them via Twitter which is usually the quickest way to get a response but never got a reply. I emailed them 10 times and contacted them on social media times and they have responded 3 times via email each time more unhelpful than the last. I have also returned items that I received and asked them about this refund but heard nothing. I had a response on Twitter from a friend who said she ordered from them but never received her items or got her money back! I contacted the Ombudsman but they said this company is not registered with them so they can't do anything. I have now sent them a letter (the template was on citizens advice under 'consumer') and will be contacting my credit card company to discuss getting a refund through them. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

ordered a dress which I wore to an event. Big mistake. So badly made I had to wear a jacket all night. Also ordered a swimsuit & received a bodysuit which I returned & was promised postage back. Over a week after they received my tracked package, still no sign of my swimsuit. Called & was lied to. They said Hermes had attempted to deliver it that day. Also that they'd contact accounts about my postage refund. Hermes text you when they're out on delivery. 2 days later I received a text from Hermes to say my item was out for delivery. Still no sign of my money. The swimsuit is badly put together as well but I know I'll get nowhere with them as there is no plastic in the gusset for trying on hygiene purposes. Just don't use this company. I won't again

If you paid for the service with a credit card, you can contact the bank (or credit card company) and say you want to make a ‘section 75 claim’. If you used a debit card, say you want to make a ‘chargeback’ claim. If you don’t get anywhere, you can complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
I have been robbed by them as well. I ordered a dress on 8th april and had to return it to them due to it beeing too small. I returned it via recorded delivery. So after 4 weeks i contacted them asking about my refund but they lied saying thet they cannot allocate the return.After i provided the tracking number they eventually "found it" and told me that it will take between 3-5 working days but due to busy times it can even take upto 14 days. Now then it's been over 14 days now and i still haven't got my money back. So reported them to Ombudsman and my bank for fraud. Now i should get my money back very soon.

Please DO NOT use this company. Ordered a dress for my 21st birthday, they took the payment from my bank and 3 weeks later I have no dress/no refund. I also paid express delivery. This company is a farce please becareful and DONT USE. Awful service I have been robbed.

Faulty items getting sent and after 3 and a half weeks I still have no money back! Been fobbed off with excuses! It doesn't take a month to refund someone the money they are due! Especially when it is £170!! Don't answer the phone, constantly make excuses in the emails they send! Shocking service
Never order from this company
I have never received such awful service. I spent just under £200 2 weeks ago and no parcel arrived. After numerous phone calls and emails and them telling me 'It will be with you tomorrow' 3 days in a row, they then tell me it's probably best I 'cancel' and they will refund me.
As my patience and trust had completely gone, a refund was accepted. It's now 5 days later and still no refund.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from this company.
