Excellent service by Hot Tub Master and BlueWhale Spa. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and am extremely satisfied with everything!

Excellent service from Ordering through to delivery, The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, received emails with the Hot tub instructions and use of chemicals so we could read through before delivery,Electrical information supplied for electrician, The delivery guys were fantastic, as we were in the middle of a pandemic, can't thank them enough as it was the hottest day of the year,
The Support Team are always happy to help with any queries We may have, also lovely to receive follow up calls to make sure everything is ok with the hot tub.

Julian was very helpful, explained all the options available on the hot tub, we got a Hunter Y and it was delivered quicker than expected, installation was very good, still waiting for the extra winter cover but was told this would be following shortly.

Knowledgeable customer service when going through the buying process. Prompt and friendly delivery with no damage, despite access being a little tricky.

The guys arrived at 9 o clock in the morning and were gone by 10:30. They left me to wait on the tub to fill and then a simple call to their helpdesk to get a quick familiarisation of the tun controls. Simple and easy to work with, would recommend. The hot tub is brilliant BTW, we are a family of 5 and are in it virtually every day since we got it a couple of months ago.
