I would highly recommend Hosting Power if you are interested in hosting students. Very professional company to deal with. They do all the paperwork out for you and the student you are hosting i.e. general house rules, payment plan etc..The layout of the website is very informative and you have a lot of information about about your guest should you choose to accept a booking.

I have used Host Power as a secure Website to place guests in my home since 2024. I find the site extremely easy to navigate , excellent communication with host power when needed. Provides excellent reassurance that potential guests are fully vetted and security checks provided .
