Had a problem with a tenant,wrote two emails and message on the app. No reply no contact. They also should have a phone number to call in case of emergency or problems.

Very slow to reply
Very slow to reply, website platform would not let me edit a guest that never arrived when she was booked in for. The next guest never got their contract of stay,House rules or payment schedule emailed to them , nor did I. Sent them a message , no reply
