I have had just one guest to date, and shes still here. I have just accepted my 2nd guest. I find Hosting Power excellent, and they are all extremely helpful and supportive. I have emailed them several times with queries and they always respond within 24 hrs, which is great.

This site is a scam, they will €450 and leave you stranded without accomodation. I made a reservation and agreed to a holding fee of €450. The host accepted my booking and then requested alternative checkin dates which I declined. I selected those checkin dates according to my travel plans, it doesn’t satisfy me in anyway to change my entire plans of relocating to a foreign country to suit the hosts convenience. I declined the alternative dates proposed by the host, if she was unable to honour my booking then she shouldn’t have accepted it. I then requested my refund from hostingpower to arrange alternative accomodation, they delayed and dilly dallied trying to avoid abiding by their own terms and conditions that clearly state that I’m entitled to a full refund. I communicated with them the urgency of my situation, I was due to checkout of my hotel and checkin to the hosts property and have no accomodation while they retain my service fee. I checked out and have no reservation for accomodation as every place is fully booked due to concerts. Hostingpower is radio silent and hasn’t released my service fee to enable me to book alternative accomodation. They offered me a rebooking which is only available the following day and not part of their Ts&Cs. As we speak it is after midnight and I’m sitting in a bar stranded without accomodation and without my service fee while I had booked accommodation and made payment. Do NOT use hosting power they are unethical and will take your money and leave you stranded.

It was my first experience with hosting power and I can honestly say the team is fantastic very helpful always answers any concerns I had and going forward I am happy to use hosting power always .

Hosting Power looks after both hosts and guests so I recommend it to all my friends.I have used them for 3 years after getting fed up with other booking agents. I'm still happy and accept that their care takes a little longer.

I’ve been with Hosting Power for last couple of years as a host. They are fantastic to deal with and are always there to help if any problems arise or just with setting up your account or making any changes. I have met some lovely people through hosting power and I would highly recommend them if you’re thinking of letting out a room in your home.

If zero stars were possible, that would be my rating.
I contacted HostingPower support with a simple question regarding accommodation documents for a visa application and received no response. Follow-up messages were also ignored.
When potential customers need clarification before making a booking, timely communication should be the minimum standard. The lack of response makes it difficult to trust the level of support that would be available if issues arose after payment.
Very disappointing customer service experience.
