Got my second order of shirts and they look amazing! The quality has so far been perfect and I like that they are actually licensed! There are so many fake ads going around with horrible quality - but these shirts are perfect! Thank you again!

I am glad the negative reviews are not part of my experience. I was taking a chance with some figures and was pleased when they arrived. Packed well, shipped quick, and no dents or dings like other shops. Will definitely be back!

I placed two orders in February. They did not say they were preorders they said they were damaged boxes. I got part of my orders but still missing one item from each. I don’t know how else to reach them. No one responds to emails. This is a terrible way to run a business. This stuff is not cheap and I am so frustrated.

I did not get the t-shirt I ordered, then they charged me for a second order. You cant speak to anyone and only get the same automated emails over and over. They tell you to check spam and it's the same damn email. I just want to cancel and get my money back.

Just got my shirts today and they look great! Took a little longer than expected but they are fire! Will definitely be back to pick up another few soon!

Purchased the Killer Klowns Vinyl back in October. I knew it was a pre-order and I'd have to wait no biggie. I understood the 180 day pre-order statement so when I got an email in May saying that if I didn't respond in 10 days they would sent a digital gift card, that was fine. That didn't happen. It's June 29th now, and I've sent multiple emails this week with no response. I finally went to their Facebook page and stated that I need help with my order. Not 5 minutes later I was BLOCKED, then got an email that my social media post was "unacceptable" when it was nothing of the sort. Your lack of customer service skills and professionalism is unacceptable here, and I will be disputing this charge with my bank asap.

7/3/23 update: to respond to their response, its funny that my package was "delivered" in April when I have an email from you in May saying it still wasn't available and you'd follow up with a digital gift card. I have screenshots to prove that.

We ordered a figurine that the listing said was in a damaged box (aka, something that already exists, not a pre-order). This was in February. Charge promptly went through our bank and cleared. It is now May 21st and we have not received our item. The automated “Helpdesk” is a joke, but when we finally got an update from a “real person” (March 24th) we were told “Heya, we are still awaiting inventory counts from other locations as our main figure location is sold out of damaged items.”

I very much recommend not ordering from this business.

Received my first shipment without issue. Can't wait for the other ones.
