Customer service is top tier. Products are fantastic as well. I've purchased a few things from this site but recently bought a drinking horn. They send an email telling you how to look after it and the do and don't with it which was a nice touch.

Only thing I ask though is a better size guide for the clothes.

This t-shirt is super comfortable and looks great, and the secured delivery gave me peace of mind.
The quality of the horn is brilliant high quality products came with the stuff needed.

Got a horn mug for my 40th, love it only drink my wine in it on a weekend. Had it about a year an sprung a leak on base. Emailed them an was shocked to find out they repair them for life for free. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Sent it off an came back same week with new base an new beeswax inside and been polished.brillint service. Highly recommended 👌

Customer support is shocking. Bought 2 items that according website are in stock and ready to dispatch. After a week send email witb question - when my order will be shipped. Person that respond my email claims that items are perosonilised and need to be manufactured (while both of them were stated online that are in stock and ready for shipment) I've send another email how long they reckon it will take to manufacture/produce those items - radio silence.....

Starting with the positives:
- the drinking horn is amazing and exceptionally crafted. The personalised name I paid for looks amazing
- the packaging was excellent. Well protected given I also ordered a bottle of mead.
Negatives:
- getting hold of this company is a nightmare. There is no phone number only an online web form and they take a week or more to respond wich isn’t really acceptable when your order is overdue and you can’t even get a simple, basic update. This is why I won’t put more than 3 stars. Customer service is poor to say the least.

Amazing helpful staff couldn’t recommend this company anymore they kindly upgraded my shipping to make sure it would be here in time for my partners birthday

I have placed two Mead orders so far, for Christmas presents. Both arrived within 3 days, extremely well packaged. Horns of Odin in now on my list for future purchases! :)

I ordered a custom horn and whenever I asked about the status it would take a week for them to get back to me. When they would answer, they would ask questions I already answered when I placed the order. They asked which runes I wanted; I already told them that in my order.

The fact that they asked me that question over a month after placing the order shows they haven't even gotten started on making it!

Unresponsive, gives excuses, non-existent customer service.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my dad, I know he will love it and I liked it so much ill be buying one for myself, very unique! Really happy with it.

Delivery was super fast to BC Canada, and everything was packed so well there wasn't even a scratch on the packaging, let alone denting or breaking. 100% will buy from Horns of Odin again!

I bought this as a gift, and gave it to the recipient today. He was over the moon with it, as was I, drinking horn and mead, beautifully boxed with lovely information leaflets. I can't believe how cheap this was given the hand crafted horn and presentation box. I would 100% recommend Horns of Odin on quality and cost, and for finding an unusual gift.
