The comany have since gotten in touch with and explained the circumstances that lead to the long delys, and they are understandable. I'll look forward to seeing what they design for me once they get back up to full speed.

We are sorry you feel like that. We are an extremely small company and we fit in custom items as and when we can. However, website purchases have to take precedent as they have been ordered and paid for.
I would be more than happy to look at the custom order for you. That absolutely wouldn't be a problem. There would just be a wait time on it.

There was a small issue with shipping, but they responded immediately to my inquire about the status and had the gifts shipped with in the week. I could not be happier with the service.

Fantastic product and follow-up
Originally had some problems with getting updates on my delivery as it took over a month to arrive (I had made a pretty big order) - when it arrived they have been absolutely delicious products.
One of the team reached out post sale to apologise regarding the lack of contact which most companies don't do and explained they would be improving their updates and customer service systems to help reduce these issues so I really appreciated that. Overall I would absolutely buy from here again.

Custom Cup
I ordered a custom made cup. The cup was decorated exactly as I had asked for. Brilliant communication from the Horns Of Odin team and I didn't have to wait too long for it. It was very well packaged. I have made several purchases and their quality and service are exceptional. Would highly recommend.

I ordered something for my partner but…
I ordered something for my partner but ended up needing to cancel the order.
Emailed to cancel and was told that's fine it was cancelled and I would receive a refund within 7-10 days.
I then received an email saying it wasn't actually cancelled and was going to be delivered on the 11th August and that I can only get a refund if I return the item.
It's now the 21st, I emailed stating I still haven't received my parcel, and they emailed back that I have received it and sent me a really suspicious screenshot saying my parcel has been delivered on the complete opposite side of the town I live on in a "safe place" (no safe place instructions were given when ordering)
I never received a tracking number, even though the screenshot says "royal mail tracked" and have no way of getting my parcel OR a refund and they will not give me a solution to my problem.

We're sorry that you feel the service hasn't been handled correctly
Your order was placed at 3:19pm the 7th of August, and dispatched by us on the 8th at 10:08am. And collected by Royal Mail the same day.
Please note, the email used for the order was (I can assume) your partners, as it's different to the one you have emailed from. So ALL order confirmations and tracking emails will have been sent to the email on the order. The order confirmation was sent at 3:19pm on the 7th and tracking information sent at 10:08am on the 8th. Please check Junk / Spam folders. I have resent the tracking confirmation now, so you can confirm it is Royal Mail, and not a "Dodgy" website. The screenshot was to show you the tracking number and parcel progress.
Once a parcel leaves us sadly we have absolutely no control over it. And it is as infuriating for us, as for the customer, when parcels are mishandled or lost by couriers. We are an extremely small company and until a parcel is either lost or damaged, we can't unfortunately issue refunds. As in a lot of cases parcels are simply delayed and so arrive. We can't absorb the cost of a parcel arriving and issuing a refund.
When we know the state of a delivery (like in this case), it appears Royal Mail (who we sadly can't control) have delivered the parcel to an incorrect address. Usually we would try our best to see if a customer can retrieve the parcel. If they cannot. We are then able to open a claim for our loss via Royal Mail, and issue you a refund.
We have opened a claim with Royal Mail, and issued you a refund this morning.
I hope this helps explain the circumstances. Please do check the email used when ordering to confirm the confirmation and tracking information.

I really enjoy my product, the mead didn't last long but it made for a great night. The website is easy to use and the selection is great. The delivery was really quick aswell. Will order from them again.
