Been in these three weeks and already my sleep is better and brain fog shifted

I was struggling with night sweats and kept googling what helps and was given 101 things as recommendations . A friend said she was struggling and started taking the golden pill so I ordered some and within the first 2 weeks my night sweats had stopped completely . It was such a relief to finally get a good nights sleep . I’ve since recommended to my sister who was suffering with mood swings and sleepless nights ( we are both in our late forties ) . I get mine on a monthly subscription and I couldn’t be without them . If you’re suffering with any form peri / menopausal symptoms do yourself a favour and just try the golden pill you will not regret .

I started taking the golden pill on march 25th so coming upto 4 weeks now, i have taken it daily. my main issues are my mood and night sweats id say the past week my nightsweats arent as servere but my moods are still up and down i dont sleep very well so lack of sleep/ interupted sleep doesnt help either ,looking forward to the next couple of months to see the real benefits,i am hopefull 😊

The collagen seems to be doing something, have noticed baby hairs coming through so will continue to take this product awaiting some skin changes.
The Golden pill I am so sad it contains Beetroot which can be high in oxalates and tough on a sensitive stomach it made a huge difference in some areas but caused bloating issues and other problems, I’ve now bought all of the ingredients it contains in 4 supplements so I can have them without beetroot:-(
The company are fabulous to deal with and it’s easy to change subcriptions.

Wow. The Elle Sera Collagen actually tastes nice and I was not expecting it to, it is unlike any other I have tried, well done for making this product enjoyable! The star for me though is the magnesium. I haven’t slept as well as I am doing currently, for over 5 years! Will be definitely be repurchasing. Also I am based in Australia so for the overseas girlies, it is worth the wait and postage!

I have been taking Magnesium for a while and notice a huge difference. I sleep better, feel better waking up and overall a positive feeling of well being. I got my husband taking them so ran out and didn’t have them for a few days, I noticed the difference!! Reordered quickly and wouldn’t be without them now.

I have been taking the Golden Pill for about a year shortly after entering the start of menopause. During this year I have not experienced any effects of menopause, in fact I feel like I’m living my best life 🤣 I started the magnesium, take 2 before bed and can feel my body relax about 20 minutes after taking them. To be honest I have never had an issue sleeping.
Then I started taking the collagen. I’m a 50 something so clearly have all the signs of those years but my hair is thicker, with more new growth. My limbs are not as achy. My eyes are brighter.
So that’s the products then move on to the customer service. The amazing Kelly! Super, super helpful when I had an issue with my order when the collagen was first released for sale. Voice messaging on her way to work and keen to resolve the issue.

One little golden pill made me feel so wonderful, after years of not feeling right and having doctors say that it's only the menopause, didn't help! I started the golden pill back in lockdown, stupidly came off it and tried something else and I noticed the difference immediately , I’m back on the golden pill plus the magnesium and collagen because honestly I wouldn’t trust anyone else.my mood is better, my migraines have reduced, I feel like my sleep is better quality and my hair is noticeably thicker too. I’m peri menopausal and this trio helps me feel more like myself again.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis last January and I couldn’t take it for a few weeks after my surgery and when I stated to take it again , I felt so much better , it really dose help me with my hormones and just every day life . Could not be with out it now

I was sceptical about the reviews/advertisement on instagram. Due post menopausal symptoms as in fatigue lack of sex drive and erratic moods I decided to give it a go as I had nothing to loose.
