Mark has been fantastic with my 7 year old daughter these last few months. She really enjoyed her sessions with him and they have made a big difference to her. She is back to her happy self again after having to cope with some difficult emotions and challenging times.

Claire is absolutely brilliant. She is so kind and friendly and amazing at her job. She put me at ease and has such a friendly presence about her. She was non-judgemental and always followed and verified my thoughts and emotions. I can't thank her enough for everything she has helped me with over the last few months. She has helped me learn so much more about myself and develop the confidence to take with me for the rest of my life. She's a credit to the company and I would recommend her to anyone. I started having sessions with Mark when I was at an all time low point in my life and thought I couldn’t overcome my anxiety. After speaking to Mark for three months I have realised all that I have to offer as an individual and feel far more confident talking to strangers and have even picked up a sport I would never have dreamed of doing due to my anxiety! I feel like I have started to release myself from a cycle of worry with Mark’s help and I am, for the first time in my life, excited about the future. Thank you so much Mark!

My son had counseling sessions with Mark over the course of 4 months. In that time he quickly went from a shy child, reluctant to speak and engage, to one that feels so comfortable attending and talkative with everyone he meets. Everyone has noticed the change and my son really valued his one on one time with Mark, where he was given opportunity to be himself and share his interests.

I started counselling with Stacey at the start of this year and it has genuinely changed my life! She has enabled me to work through some deep rooted issues and moving forward I have the tools to tackle my anxiety and negative thought patterns when they arise. I have been going to Claire for most of the year and have always felt comfortable in her company to talk about anything and everything. She asks the right questions that are thought provoking and allow me to maintain myself in a better way. I have other councillors that haven’t and It’s important keep trying until you find the right one and I have with Horizon. Couldn’t recommend enough and will be continuing to use them for the foreseeable future

Mark has been a lifesaver. Literally. He has guided me through some turbulent times, with measured and sensitive guidance. He has helped me move forward with my life and I will be forever grateful to Horizon for the help.

Mark has helped me a great deal with thinking more positively about myself and helping to get me on a path to where I want to be in life. The idea of therapy can be daunting but give it a go, you'll wish you did it sooner!

I honestly can’t recommend Stacey enough. I’ve been seeing her for around a year, and in that time she’s given me the tools to lift myself out from the darkest place I’ve ever been, to living a life full of love, hope and opportunities. She’s truly turned my life around. Please go and see her if you’re struggling, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I am so happy I found Claire Evans at Horizon Counselling Services. She is fantastic, and I highly recommend her. I had some anger management therapy with her, which greatly helped me! We then expanded the scope of our sessions to explore a bit more about myself. This was ever so valuable and I feel like I have come so far with my self-awareness! I feel a better person after our sessions, and I appreciate myself a lot more. I would urge everyone to have some therapy, even if they think they do not need it! That's what I thought initially but I learned so much about myself and how my inner child has been dictating and shaping my reactions and responses! Claire is very calm, kind and approachable. My massive thanks to her for all the help she kindly has offered me.

Honestly, I feel like Stacey has saved my life. I've been seeing her for over a year now and I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her understanding, her empathy and her knowledge. We've worked hard together to through my struggles and I'm definitely in a much better place now.

The journey isn't over but I feel much safer and confident knowing Stacey's there to help. Highly recommend if anyone's struggling.
