My experience with text messaging customer service was quick and easy. They provided feedback on hours and probability of wait time, but it was immediate for me. Overall, Hooked on Phonics helped my kid improve her reading level to above grade level.

I am trying to log into my account and login is not working. I am incredibly upset as I want to cancel and no matter what I do, I cannot log in to cancel or even reset my password

It’s helped my kids a lot, so much that their teachers sent them to do testing for Gifted and Talented and the app is fun and interactive so it keeps them occupied. They also love when the 2 books come with the activity book and stickers

Hooked on Phonics breaks down lessons that are easy to understand for age/grade level. I’m especially happy to have it to keep my son engaged throughout the summer so that he does not lose any skills learned throughout the school year.

It was wonderful to see how the subscription box improved from the lost time I subscribed. The scissors were beautiful 😍. However, my crochet hook was yellowish and the size was rubbing off the moment I touched it.

Very constructive

Our experience with Hooked On Phonics has been an absolutely wonderful. We started my daughter when she was about 2 1/2. she is now three. She loves to do her homework like her cousins and she has learned so much. She knows all the sounds of the letters. She has been learning to add and subtract. This is one of the best tools anyone could purchase to encourage your toddlers to enjoy learning.

My childrens reading skills improved . As a mom who homeschools using hooked on phonics as been really beneficial to my children success. I love that I get weekly progress reports.

My kids love the ease and fun the app brings. It helps them learn in a fun way. The workbooks synergize perfectly to help enforce what they are learning. Overall it has been a great experience.

At first I was skeptical because I couldn’t log in online versus the app but this is going to be a wonderful thing for my family. It’s interactive and engaging. My son has been using hooked on phonics for three days and he’s already reading and spelling better than he was.

Quick and easy my son is already learning

This has been a game changer for teaching reading! We do the books and app access, sometimes the book lessons are a touch long or advanced but most of the time they're spot on. I'm teaching my third kiddo to read and I wish I'd known about this program with the other two!

I love the books and workbook. My kids are doing great with reading!

Over all we enjoy the program. Some of the pronunciations are unclear causing us to have to press repeat several times. Wish that we could get more consistent with working with the program. Also I wish that the workbook was dry erase and not paper so that we could rework some of the pages that we struggle with.

Hooked on phonics have been a dream come true to me my daughter was not doing good in school so I said let me try hooked on phonics for her and I did and that was the first of the year the teachers said she improved so much she passed to the 3rd with the help of hooked on phonics thank yall so much

My son really enjoys doing the games on his tablet. I do wish the stickers that come in the packets had a little more design to them we use them as reward stars for completing his different sections.

Was fun and productive for my daughter. Want boring for her which was one thing I struggled before.
