The app always freezes and we cant get very far because we have to start all over and it makes my child frustrated and not want to even try anymore.

A great choice of screen time for my son
The app has a lot of knowledge that is helpful to my son and it keeps him engaged. It also act as his screen time which is great because he is not just watching any type of video but is gaining knowledge. He likes to explore the stories, the games on phonic too. The books are helping him to learn how to write properly.

The app stops working and you have to…
The app stops working and you have to exit out and restart the app. This happens every 2 minutes and when you restart you lose your spot on the path. Very frustrating to mom and 3 year old.

The App freezes multiple times throughout a lesson
I bought a brand new Amazon Fire HD 10 Kids tablet (newest model) which you advertised was compatible. During each packet review, your Hooked on Phonics app freezes multiple times. So much so that my 5 year old said this is so frustrating. I sit with her every time to make sure she is doing the lessons correctly so it is not user error. It also is not any internet problems as I have streaming services and I do not have this problem. As a result, we are not using the app as much as we should. I am thinking about buying an Apple IPad but I am not sure that would work and that would be a significant cost on top of the tablet I already bought. I would like to say that the content is excellent. I just wish we could do a lesson without it freezing multiple times.
