You can trust their service
You can trust this company—they did a good job in the end. However, at the start, the salesperson was very pushy, which almost made me fed up and ready to cancel everything. It would be better if they changed their policy regarding the initial agreement and payment. I wasn’t given any time to think, as they wanted me to pay 25% upfront immediately after a two-hour sales consultation!
That said, I must give credit to Zara in the office—she was very helpful and always approachable. In the end, the company delivered on everything they promised, although it took a bit longer than expected.

Made a query and was given an appointment within 48 hours. Really happy with the sales person that came round. Listened to my needs and ensured that the products quotes on went beyond this. Extremely helpful, courteous and polite.

We had 4 quotes for our new windows & doors and every company that came to quote put us off by overstaying being pushy and not to mention the manager calls.
