Received after weeks of waiting. From China in a plain bashed up box. Very poor quality cheap shit. No safety certificates. How I fell for this scam I don’t know. The joy of misleading very clever advertising via Facebook. No where to be seen now but there’s others the same so probably changed their name under new profiles. Need shutting down. Will be looking into this further as I’m fuming 😡 no way can I give these to my grand babies.

This company is scamming people, they scammed me out of $150, please do not buy anything of them!! They should be reported, or even better have a virus put into there website

Is there a zero star option? With this company there should be Avoid at all costs Please do not ever buy anything from this company If you see it advertised on the site on say Facebook check the internet and buy elsewhere

Ordered from Home and Oak — what arrived was a broken, cheap drop-shipped product from China. The box was destroyed on arrival, and part of my order was missing entirely. I emailed them several times and have been completely ignored — no refund, no replacement, no communication. Absolutely would not recommend this company. Poor product quality and even worse customer service.

The product I purchased was shown in their ad with children playing with it. I had assumed that the gifts would be appropriate for my grandchildren. I purchased three, at a cost of over $100, and it states that these are “not appropriate for children”. Also there is supposed to be a 14 day return policy, but I have been unable to reach customer service - after sending three emails - to get information on that return! Very frustrating!

Do not buy from this company. The goods are cheap and poorly made, and my order arrived incomplete. I've been trying to contact someone for support, but no one has responded to my emails. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your money!

Very cheap product. Even though we paid more for the one on this website compared to other products that were 60% cheaper. Doodle Glow was shipped in cheap package. The cloth they included to clean the surface scratched it very badly. Don't recommend.

Classic drop shipping rubbish, some clever marketing and ads for poor quality products shipped from China.
Item arrived broken, no surprise really as its been shipped half way round the world. The returns/refund process is a joke, they offered me a 25% refund on the total value, still recieved nothing.
Terrible company, poor quality products, avoid buying anything from them.

I wish I'd have read this before ordering. I bought a jousting game after seeing an instagram ad. Despite it not sitting anywhere near flat on the table due to a poor design where the fastenings sat under the flat base, I decided to just be disappointed and not complain. However, the wood that holds the key part split on first use really easily making it impossible to use. Then customer service said they'd refund me 20% of the price despite it being useless. Seriously avoid these people!

Another example of the Batman ID wallet, poor quality and the Batman mask did not align with the photo image on the drivers ID.
Our experience of trying to get our money back is line for line the same as others, even down to the e-mails being cut from the same scripts. We started the return process in December and even had to send videos and photos to prove the point. The saga is still ongoing today.
Latest is they're ignoring our e-mails and the return items have been sat in Chinese customs for over a month while Homenoak do nothing about it.

Like all the other reviewers, I made a purchase, it was not the quality in the pictures, broke almost immediately and despite several attempts to contact the help desk they have not responded. Please don’t waste your money on products from this company

Like many of the previous reviewers, I bought a low grade product and had to pay for the return to China. They don't answer any emails and they haven't refunded me. I will persist banging my head against a brick wall but I feel robbed.

I purchased a Batman wallet from them, it does not align to the photo on the ID. I requested a refund and was informed their policy is 14 days, I reminded them of the Consumer Rights Act, so they offered me 20%. They have now stopped replying to my messages.

I wish I had read these reviews first. Absolutely hopeless. I too was taken in by the hype. Product broken, no customer service. Wasted my money.

I previous placed a review on this order but just thought would update it. Following the goods being unsuitable, the return service was appalling. I therefore applied for a chargeback on my credit card, this was declined, as during the process I did obtain a return address. The cost of return to China for an item weighing less than 2Kg was £32.00 tracked. Home and Oak insist on tracked as in China it will probably not get there ( it actually states this on their wesite) the item cost was £49.98 and I have decided not to bother. I have pretty much come to the conclusion that I will buy everything possible directly from Amazon.

I order a card holder that had a cut out of batman so when you put your driving licence in it looked like you were wearing his mask. It was extremely poor quality and the face didn't line up. It took them a while to reply to my message for a refund. They asked for photographs which I sent and then I got this back:

I've checked this issue with management and I can offer you a refund of 20% back to you today. You wouldn't have to go through returning it either.

You can still return it to us, however, as we're not based in the UK it could be costly to return.

I went on to get 50% back but I definitely wouldn't buy from them again and since then I always go on trust pilot for websites I havent used before. I do not recommend.

Shocking service and quality. Items arrived missing parts and they then expect you to pay to return the item to China. Unusable, waste of money.

I ordered the Balloon Brawlers game as a Christmas gift. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and was faulty on receipt (holes drilled in wrong places for attaching the figures arms). I sent photos to the company showing the item was clearly faulty. They insist on the product being returned, at my cost (£16.65) in order to receive a full refund. Or, I could keep the item and get a 20% refund!! The return address for this company is: Pets, Home, Gift, 5th Floor Building, 8 Zhengzhong Industrial Zone, Fuhai Street, Tangxin Road - Bao'an District, Shenzhen GuangDong 518100,, GB, TW91EH. All replies are in broken english, going round in circles. I took my complaint to Paypal who have today advised me that hooray - the company has agreed to refund me IF I RETURN THE ITEM TO THEM AT MY EXPENSE.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - clearly sending out faulty goods knowing that it is not worth the customer returning them - BEWARE!!!
