Bought some kids frames and the quality was AWFUL and not like the photos or description at all. Their customer service is non existent. I claimed a refund through the chargeback service with my bank. AVOID!!!

Half ordered received - poor quality glow boards. Other half of order has never arrived despite paying in full for whole order. Numerous emails to chase refund have been ignored - saying every time you contact them you go back to the end of the queue. To date, I have had no response at all. Lost my money. BUYER BEWARE. Sorry to say that I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole again!🤬

Awful Company. Wish I had read other people’s reviews before I spent nearly one hundred pounds on grandkids Christmas presents. Purchased 3 Doodle Glow Boards, big mistake. Faulty wiring and emails to them are just responded with a generic email to say a ‘human’ would be in touch. Several emails sent by myself, same response. It’s been 7 weeks and still no reply. Awful Customer Service, dodgy products, DON’T BUY FROM THEM.

Guys, if you've been scammed by this company like I have, please report them to the FTC. If enough people report their fraudulent behavior, something might actually be done about it. Lets be proactive people!

I sent an email on 26th December re a damaged item. They ask you not to email more than once but after a month I still had no response and followed up. Their response was then to ask for photos which I had already sent in the original email. 9 days later still no response. We have a damaged item, no interaction.

Purchased a couple of kids frames and when i received them they did not match the description. They were not only different but cheap looking. We tried contacting the company but got no response to our 7 emails. Have filled a report with the ACCC hoping that they might stop this business from misleading consumers and making false advertising. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered x2 Doodle Glow boards for my grandkids beginning of December still no delivery or update when I write to enquire via their email an automatic email reply’s informing you ** Due to the festive season our Christmas Elves are extra busy :-). We kindly ask you to not email again if you already emailed us. This will push your ticket back in the line. We will respond to you within 4-5 business days. Thank you ** they don’t respond 3 weeks later , I send another email and the standard we will respond in 4-5 business days but they never do , I honestly have never had a purchase experience worse than this one I feel the company does not treat customers the way most professional companies do !!

Delivery so long, poor quality and customer service inexistent. I have tried to contact them so many times and never got an answer. I am sure the business is reselling cheap inventory and is running from a dumpy garage. HARD PASS

Avoid this site and their products, which will appear in ads across social media. I purchased (2) of what appeared to be a quality picture frame. What arrived was cheap, had none of the features listed on their website, and took nearly three weeks to arrive shipped directly from China. I contacted a variety of support email addresses as advised by their site and PayPal account, none of which responded. Similar to other reviews I pursued a claim with PayPal, provided photos and escalated it after no response from the seller for PayPal to issue me a reimbursement weeks later.

I ordered the “My Little Masterpiece Frame” for $49 but received a cheap plastic hinged frame, probably worth $5. Emails to customer service are unanswered. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered the picture frames, they were not even like the ones shown online, and are made of fake wood. They also do not ship via USPS, but rather some company called Wanbexpress. Package came all messed up. Trying to do a refund (14 day policy??), but I am not convinced they will reply. Will likely go through my credit card company to try to get a refund.

This is a scam company. Do not buy. They are just taking orders, not fulfilling them and then will disappear with your money. I'm sure they will pop up with another name next Christmas.

Awful product ---very very cheap quality direct from china

Ordered 8 days before Christmas. Paid extra for 2 day delivery. Did not dispatch for 4 working days. Accompanying email said delivery 7 -12 days! Emailed to question delivery date. No response. Goods arrived today - very poor quality and way overdue. No returns information. Poor, poor,poor!!

Do not use this company. Saw advert on Facebook should have known better.
Took 2 weeks to arrive and product not even what was advertised.

The most telling thing about this site is that I tried to write a poor review on it and it doesn’t show up. I ordered an item and I received a completely different item. Have not heard from customer service and was told I will need to wait 4-5 business days for a response. I wish I had looked at this site before ordering. I will be disputing the charge on my card if I cannot get a response from them.

UPDATE: I received a response to my email over a MONTH after I first contacted them. They ADMITTED they CHANGED THE PRODUCT WITHOUT INFORMING ME (due to customer feedback, which doesn’t make sense as all the reviews are glowing! -Note sarcasm) and then simply offered me 20% off my next order.

I replied, insisting on the product that I agreed to buy or receiving a full refund for their breach of contract. I do not expect a response for another month. Avoid this site!

No tracking, no email, product arrived broken and was an incredibly cheap knock off of what was advertised and definitely not worth what I paid.

Paid extra for faster delivery and still had to wait over 2 weeks as it’s coming from China but on website they says company uk based. Joke!

Do not use this company.
They are basically a middle man ordering from Chinese companies with inflated prices. Just go direct to Shein or DH gate.

The company is one big smoke screen
