I placed an order for a part on my coffee maker that had broken. I, first off, never received an invoice or receipt, and when I asked for one, they sent a text that just had the amount I paid.

Then the bigger problem started. I received an email stating that the product is out of stock and they could replace it with another part. Unfortunately, this part is not compatible with my machine, so I asked to cancel the order. No response. Three times. Tried their online chat and things were going well until I asked for a refund. Then I got zero response. Twice.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card as I was charged already for the order WHICH WAS NEVER IN STOCK AND IS STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR PURCHASE.

Lights were as expected. Worked well and was the hard to find colour I was looking for. However took a long time to arrive.

The product arrived promptly; it was as we anticipated it would. One thing that was confusing, we recieved multiple emails about tracking delivery that seemed to be coming from a spam account-- headrush.zohodesk. When I inquired I did not get a response back from homeloft.

Gift. Thrown in mail. All beat up on arrival

After having trouble receiving my order, Wavell the customer rep. cleared everything up very professionally. He/She is a person that needs to be promoted ... best I have ever worked with.

It was easy to order. I was able to track my order and received text when it was delivered. The iteam was as described. Great experience

last night I ordered what I thought were 6 wineglasses and right after it went it checked the website again and say that is was only 1. It could have been my mistake, so I immediately emailed customer service and tried to call (got voicemail) to cancel the order because I do not want to pay $150 for 1 wineglass, but have not heard back yet. My credit card was billed immediately but I have yet to even receive a confirmation of my order so aside from the credit card charge I have no proof of the order, so that feels off to me. I’m still hoping that I can resolve this, so stay tuned.

Product as described, with good instruction as to integrating into my weather system.

The communication back and forth was timely. The product was exactly what I ordered. The time it took was a little long, however it had to go through customs.

The website is highly misleading. A picture displayed a set of 5 sharpening stones (for tuning skis). It seems that only 1 of 5 stones is included in my order, at a price which is MORE THAN DOUBLE the price of any other on-line vendor. The deception was subtle and misleading. The image of 5 stones is the same image used by Amazon and other retailers who offer a full set of 5 stones. I will not be shopping with Homeloft again. I'll attempt to get a refund, but based on reviews of others that seems unlikely. This review relates to Order CA-HL#2148

The Gentleman I spoke with was very helpful in helping me address a shipping problem. And if everything goes well a shipping problem as such may never happen again in the future.

Very happy with the replacement part for the circlite.

My friend collects Fiestaware and expressed a desire for serving pieces in addition to the flatware I gave her for Christmas.

It arrived quickly considering it was coming from the other side of the Continent. We would not hesitate to use HomeLoft’s services again.

I had difficulty in sourcing a Honda recoil starter assembly for my mower. I was able to find one through Homeloft at a very reasonable price and delivery was faster than originally advised. Very pleased with the product and service!

The items I ordered were exactly what I requested and require for work. Unfortunately it did take awhile to reach me. I hope shipping will improve in the future
