Scam - scam - scam. Avoid. I bought two WiFi routers on the 27th May and nothing has arrived. Tried communicating with them several times and no response. Looks like they've taken our money and scammed us.

I have been trying for weeks to contact someone at this company about an order that has not been fulfilled with no response from numerous emails and contacts . I have request refund on a product they have on back order to no avail! I was offered an alternative product which I replied no to and the have sent back they haven’t seen this email request and yet it was a reply to the email with the alternative offer.
I will never order from this company again as the customer service is appalling I am still persisting with my request until I get a reply.
Buyers beware NOT HAPPY 😡😡

The sole reason that I have not given a 5 star rating is because my order arrived late. It was a present for my son's 10th birthday. That being said, Bella and the team did everything that they could to help and to speed things up. I really could not fault the level of customer service and communication. In the end my son was delighted to have another present to open after his birthday. Sometimes things happen, we got there in the end and I would gladly place further orders.

Great experience overall. I’m very pleased with my abdominal binder, it’s high quality. Customer service was also very good. I received a fast and thorough response following my enquiry. The only down side was that my binder came from the US, which meant a longer delivery time. However, the delivery date frame was clearly communicated. I would highly recommend!

Du vil blive opkrævet moms og du vil skulle bruge en masse tid på at kommunikere med deres support. Find et andet sted at bruge dine penge og tid.

Virksomheden skrev på deres hjemmeside at varerne sendes fra DK, så derfor valgte jeg at bruge deres service. Men så kom der er en moms opkrævning fra PostNord. Som en konsekvens har jeg skrevet en mail og bedt om en refundering og ringet til deres kundeservice, hvor jeg fik et indisk call center i røret.

Jeg venter fortsat på at få mine penge retur.
