Terrible. Process a claim almost three weeks ago, told it could take a few days, didn’t hear anything! Chased, told that it would take a working day, again nothing back!!! Sent multiple emails chasing claim, still nothing!! Called - no answer. This is an absolutely shocking company! Disgusting treatment of clients.
It is now almost three weeks into this and we have still not heard anything back!
I feel like this company is a scam!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Disgusting service, refusing to acknowledge their errors and just tried to avoid me! Ombudsman complaint to be made.
Mercedes Goodwin is the best sales person I have ever known. From the beginning of our communication, she facilitated every procedure by cooperating with me. Very kind and communicative. Such people are very valuable and a treasure for the company Barbon Insurance Group. Congratulations and further successes.
Very poor service and poor communication with the customer. Totally waste of money . Not recommended.
Shame I can’t score a zero! Absolute bunch of jokers that offer zero help to resolve a complaint. Would avoid doing business with them as when they get it wrong have no shame in hiding behind regs.

Today is 6th of September nothing has been done about my complain.Worst company ever.
Today is the 23rd of August they have had this complaint for 10 weeks know nothing done.Will keep this going until resolution.
I am complaining about this insurance company not updating my personal information. They had totally the wrong information about me for 2 years. This would have made my insurance invalid.Even though I phoned them many times in the two years to update my info.This complaint has been going on for 8 months, according to them it has been 9 weeks. What can say, but please give a resolution.
