I recently purchased the Force USA G15 through Will at home gym supply.
The service I received from start to finish was excellent! Will was very knowledgable so (having never purchased anything this big online before) I was confident I was buying the right equipment for us as a family. The whole process was simple and felt more consultative approach than a hard sell that I've experienced before. The fitting team were also very good, on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly reccommend Will and his team.

Excellent service and support from Will at Home Gym Supply. Fantastic price on the Nordic Cross Trainer C7.5 - great bit of kit and even though the box was slightly damaged (which I was told about prior to ordering and why it was such a good price) the contents were fine. Put together within an hour - Ordered on a Sunday arrived on Wednesday brilliant - will use again.

It was our first time buying from home gym and I was sceptical at first as the listing mentioned open box but the price was the best we could find online.. so I initiated a chat to ask a few questions about the condition of the product and their return policy in case the product was damaged …and I was reassured that I will not be bearing the costs of returns if the product arrived broken/dented etc. I placed the order and the team stayed on chat with me the whole time to help. The experience thereon with a 2 man delivery right on time as promised and the perfect after sales follow up to get us set up with extended warranty and the iFIT membership was flawless. The product itself was in perfect condition. I have no hesitation in recommending the home gym to anyone who is considering buying fitness equipment.

Great customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gym equipment. Recently resolved an issue with a newly purchased treadmill where the manufacturer was taking too long to resolve. They stepped in at my request and managed to organise a replacement fast.

The whole experience with home gym supply was excellent from how quickly the machine arrived, advice on assembly to help with registration. Will really went above and beyond to help with my queries 😊

Got a top quality rower at a very good discount. Service was good but lacked order updates which is something that wants addressing other wise it would have been a 5*

They have good prices but the rest is very bad. Long delayed delivery without informing me. The equipment came in bad condition and when I wanted to make a claim, it turned out that they are not the manufacturer's representative and no one will repair the equipment. The seller stopped replying to my messages. Very amateurish, cowboy . I do not recommend. If you want to buy use a credit card to be able to recover your money later

Great team, very competent and communicative. Knew their stuff and were helpful in understanding the kit. G20 kit is perfect for what we need.

Delivery and installation of my G12 was dealt with exactly as planned. Very helpful and knowledgeable team on site. Really impressed with the service overall.

Bought the Nordictrack c7.5 cross trainer from this company a couple weeks ago and cannot fault either the product or service! The cross trainer is sturdier than expected and does the perfect job for my gym. Would highly reccomend for any purchases!

Bought a Smith machine off this company, arrived on time and really happy with the quality of the product, they even carried it into the gym for me.

Purchased Nordictrack VR25, Price was amazing & the delivery was not only quick but the delivery team were friendly & brought it right into my home, I had an issue attaching one of the pedals but customer service was instant & solved the problem with advice & followup Emails all within a couple of hours, great work guys

Ordered a massage gun and some weight plates after talking to their team and they managed to deliver it the same day as they are also here in Bristol. Great service.

I just purchased a smith machine from this site. The entire experience has been excellent! I had some questions which were answered immediately via their online chat section. They were very helpful, delivery arrived within a week. Boxes were a little damaged but on reporting this to them, they have assured me they will address any issues. I saw some of the other negative reviews before buying and must say I was a little sceptical but personally my experience has been excellent and I would highly recommend these guys. I also found their prices to be much lower than other similar companies. - 5 stars.

Ordered the Flow Fitness walking pad and unfortunately it was missing the power lead. However, Home Gym Supply had a lead sent out and was with me the very next day. Would highly recommend.

Bought a Cross Trainer from Home Gym Supply earlier this year. After assembly I noticed the console had a fault. Dan from Home Gym Supply was great in resolving the issue, manufacturers sent a new console in the post within couple of weeks, and Dan kept me up to date with the progress. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

I should have read these reviews. I ordered a punch bag and received a delivery date. I confirmed the date with the delivery company and received a timeframe to which it would deliver. I then receive a call just as the 4 hour timeframe was ending. The caller claimed my deliver driver was in an accident and so wouldn’t make it with my product, so they had to reschedule, which could take weeks. I complained to the home gym supply who took it up with the delivery company, no response from home gym supply but I received a message from the delivery company saying they will let me know the new delivery date within days?

At the moment this whole process looks like a scam and or a waste of time. If my parcel doesn’t deliver within a week i will have to go back to my credit card provider for the refund. Absolute joke!

If this problem is fixed I will make sure to take my words back on this review (although it’s not looking promising if you read the other reviews). Highly disappointing considering my product was around £240
