Fantastic experience from start to finish. Delivery was quicker than anticipated and communication spot on throughout. A slight glitch with third party delivery / installation company was resolved by HGS immediately and with no fuss. Would 100% recommend

After a recent garage clear out, I wanted to turn my space into a gym that myself and my partner could use throughout the year. Being relatively new to fitness I approached Will and the Home Gym Supply team and I could not be happier.

They walked me through the process after discussing my needs and seeing the space I have to work with. The price was very competitive and the equipment on offer was exactly what I needed. The team were on hand to answer my extensive questions I had and nothing was too much trouble for them.

My partner and I now have a great space to workout and can’t imagine the garage without our gym. A big thank you to the Home Gym team, I highly recommend you to anyone that reads this.

Worst online purchase I have ever made!

We purchased a new Nordic track T8.5S treadmill from these online at a cost of £1400 after the one we ordered and paid for online was no longer available they said.
Just over a year into owning it and the console stopped has a software fault and cannot be used without.

The manufacturer cannot get any replacement parts after 6 months of calls and emails rendering it totally useless and the owner of this company Will just refers me to spare parts on eBay!

BEWARE! Seriously think about purchasing here it has to be the worst purchase I have ever made and now have a useless big lump of metal treadmill at home. Great way to lose the little bit of money my grandmother left us.

A great company who offer nothing other than a fantastic service all round. Very easy to communicate with andI personally enjoyed being able to “haggle” for a best price. I’ve bought on three separate occasions from these guys and their delivery service is brilliant too. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in their offerings.

Will put together a package for me including Force USA G1 rack, weight plates barbell and rubber flooring. Gave me a good price and great email communication on delivery or order. I didn’t set up equipment straight away as room wasn’t ready. Few months after I set up equipment and had a minor fault with one thread in a weight plate arm. Quick email to Home gym supply and Will responded immediately. New part received within a few days. Great customer service .

I saw something at a really great price, but was a bit wary due to the lack of reviews. However, chatting to someone on Live Chat reassured me and they were extremely friendly and helpful.

The item arrived quickly, without issue, and was delivered by a friendly team. I received a follow up email reminding me to register it with the manufacturer to ensure I got the extended warranty, which is a great touch.

I'd definitely buy from them again and based on my experience wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I'll be honest, I was a little dubious of buying from this business as they seemed not long established and the prices were incredibly competitive

Great service end to end. Will from customer support has been amazing in answering all questions and very quickly via email: I wasn’t left hanging waiting once. I bought the force G9 smith machine and opted for the service to build also. Glad I did as it was up and useable within 3-4 hours. I’ve used the kit a couple times and really impressed. The 1-2-1 ratio means it’s true weight so make sure you’re ready for that. My partner used the machine with either nothing on or 2.5 to 5kg.

What’s not to like? Great customer service! Advice pre-ordering was extremely useful - Will had clearly seen, built and used the brand/equipment himself so knew what he was talking about. After placing the order I received regular updates on status and received goods on day specified (within a week) with no issues. Even post receipt of goods I’ve had follow ups to make sure there are no issues with the goods or the build. To top it all, the price was as competitive as I could find anywhere. in summary, excellent service from start to finish.
