I purchased a Nordic Track 1750 treadmill from Home Gum Supply. The service was excellent before and after purchase. Will was really helpful throughout. I would highly recommend this company.

We bought a treadmill over Christmas. The one I wanted from the manufacturer was £1,100 more from the manufacturer with a £399 installation fee, so when I saw the prices at Home Gym Supply were considerably lower for the same brand and model treadmill I ordered from them and not the manufacturer.

Also Home Gym Supply offered free ground floor installation on the item I bought, avoiding the £399 fee from the manufacturer, meaning we saved a whopping £1,499 buying from them instead of buying from the manufacturer. The item is 200kg so it was not practical to install it ourselves.

Delivery was within 2 weeks, but it was ordered over Christmas, so it was only 5 actual working days between order and delivery.

Delivery still went ahead even with the snow disruption from Storm Goretti.

Product Communication from this company was quick and professional/ helpful.

Delivery Communication was fantastic and the installation team were prompt and professional.

All in all a great experience, and excellent value for money.

We would order again from this company with confidence.

I contacted Home Gym Supply as I was after the NordicTrack 1750 treadmill, and the service from start to finish was fantastic. I dealt with Will, who was spot-on throughout – quick to reply, clear with information, and genuinely helpful. He also sorted my extended warranty for me, which made the whole process even easier, nice to actually deal with a company who appreciate thier customers and not just the sales. Highly recommend Home Gym Supply and Will for anyone looking for quality equipment and proper customer service. Keep up the great work.

Will at Home Gym Supply provided the level of post purchase customer service that every retailer should aspire to. He was very quick to pick up on a problem that we had with an exercise bike and did his best to resolve an issue with the supplier. Ultimately it wasn't possible to resolve the problem and we opted for a refund, which Will arranged very quickly. We certainly intend using Home Gym Supply again in the future.

Gymsupply had the lowest cost and they included white glove delivery and a complementary heart monitor. Clear website and ordering process with prompt delivery and great delivery team who did not bat an eyelid when asked to deliver downstairs in the basement

Once I had made the purchase I read some reviews that suggested building the bike yourself was a challenge. I asked Homegymsupply if it was possible. Despite having ceased that offering they accommodated my request and organised a very smooth delivery and install. All of my subsequent questions around membership of the ifit app have been answered promptly and same day.

My overriding experience has been of a very professional and caring business. They are a small business but nothing was too much trouble.

I will be buying future equipment through them.

Fabulous company. I was referred to Will by Force USA as I was looking to buy a multi functional all-in-one trainer. After chatting through my floor plan and requirements Will advised me on which machine to get and also helped me kit out the rest of my home gym. He has been super responsive and reliable and gone above and beyond to help me out. I paid for a full assembly service which was truly worth every penny as Phil was very efficient and knew exactly what to do with all the hundreds of parts this machine came in.
